  1. You gave up that easy? Can't answer a question even when it means learning. You are proving yourself to be the scum of humankind. TRY.
  2. It's more fun to laugh at you.
  3. Woah, very cool!!!!

Actually BJ you are functionally illiterate which is killing us here. You keep stating what you think you read, but you didn't. I never recommend $1000 worth of gear for testing, I recommended they don't buy cheap pieces of shit that do nothing. Of course you spin things how you think they are which is why you are so confused about everything. You have seriously been the single most wrongly informed person I have ever seen post on an audio site. You need to stop trying to help others as it is a monstrous fail and instead help yourself. Take off your blinders and stop being a complete dipshit. If not and you keep hijacking threads with nonsense the mod team will just ban you. Lord knows they have all basically said that is what they want.
  7. Pretty damn clever, me likey.
  8. I literally threw up in my mouth laughing so hard at this thread. I'm in physical pain.

No, you should surely NOT do that. Don't mismatch amps on subs. If you have 2 make them identical. It will be a hot mess otherwise.
  10. Sounds like you got a plan! I agree there is no need to upgrade the speakers if they aren't broken and make you happy. Can always upgrade as you feel needed or budget permits. I just installed a pioneer 4700bs in my ride and am pretty happy with it so far. IIRC there wasn't much dif between the two. HD radio and few other features. Modeled a pair of Dcon 10"s for ya. They look good in the recommended volume of 1.25 cuft, so 2.5 cu ft gross vol. before port displacement. This is tuned to 32hz with a 10.5" x 4" port. (10.5" height is where you would be married, with a 12" tall box, port firing forward or backward), with a port length of 39.25". Let me know if you still need help designing the enclosure, and we will get you fixed up.

Nice amp I like anything mmats. And it's 300x2@4ohm, 575x2@2ohm, 1100x1@4ohm bridged. And that would be plenty of power for a couple gcons, or a single icon. You don't have to have, max rms to make a sub sound good, and reach its Xmax. And for a daily, I wouldn't run it below recommended impedance. Mmats is a known under rater, so I'm sure it could push 2 icons just fine. If it where me, I would push 2 icons in a big ported box at 2ohm, should sound great.
  12. I thought y'all use to ban trolls ??? LOL
  13. According to google: 2016 Nissan Maxima Dimensions = 193"L x 73"W x 57"H 2016 Nissan Altima Dimensions = 192"L x 72"W x 58"H Once again I wasnt talking about interior space, even by an inch Maxima is bigger. Its the internet, of course its right. Haha

You didn't start a thing man, it's just some of us have different opinions then others, that's all. There old school, they believe in running active, and using raw drivers, and I believe that's almost a thing of the past, as its so hard and pains staking to get it right and maintain. And their right, what I said about mixing up the amps isn't ideal, but I was thinking since you where buying used amp you probably didn't want to invest hundreds, or thousands, in new equipment. If you have the cash, that would definetly be the way to go. And if you want a whole lot more output, try the Soundqubed HDC3,'s those on 1500-2000 watts can get extremely loud in a ported box. My nephew has one 12, and I was impressed with its output, not the best sound, but plenty of wind coming off it.

What is the difference between frequency and hertz, did a search and found nothing on the subject? Or are they the same thing?

And what question would that be? You talking about the slight clipping from the bass boost on dudes junk, who cares it was $20 bucks, we will poor gas on it, light it up and dance around it like wild Indians, and piss on the ashes before we worry this much about a 1500 watt amp running a teany tiny clip. He doesn't give a rats ass if it blows, he just wants it to hit good enough to impress some girls. Ow and M5 when so, so many people have a problem with you, it's usually not that the whole world that is stupid, or scum, it's usually the guy you see in the mirror. I have read so many of your old post where you talk down to people it ain't even funny. Honestly if everybody is so stupid, why don't you just shut this forum down, or just ban everyone who doesn't kiss your ass if it bothers you so. You whine more then a women, cowboy up son not everyone agrees with your methods and that's ok.
