looks like you could just make an insert out of wood, mount the speakers in the insert and finish it with paint or vinyl. you may not even need fiberglass. Otherwise I would recommend using two-part foam to create the shape you want around the speakers and glassing over that. DON"T foam with the speakers in the panel, make a mounting ring to foam in and then mount the speakers to mounting ring once glassed. OR you will have to make a fiberglass back that fits the door, add speaker rings at the desired location and then stretch fabric to get the initial outer shape. Then glass over that. There is definetly more than a couple ways to do this, you just have to pick the one you think you can pull off.

I do as many name cover ups as I do names. Sometimes even covering names I did.LOL.

As 6appeal stated that even this glue can and will release over time. I used hot glue on the back of the pod around the edges to help combat this. secondly the vinyl must have tension from all directions not to bubble. The 80/90 is kinda like contact cement in a can, SO I am sure you could probably catch a buzzzzzz.

The 77m was too weak. I ended up using the 3m 'Super Trim adhesive' Make sure its the "SUPER" cause they make other strengths in the same looking can.

And some REALLY tacky glue.

the audio signal would be divided before the amp. But summed at the amp resulting in one channel which is NOT stereo, hence zero channel separation. Left and right midbass are both playing the same summed signal. Thank you for correcting my stupidity Tirefryr. I must of forgot what mono means. doh.

I think the recession is wearing on people. I also think right now is a baby boom because of it. Soooo many people I know are having babies right now. Although I am also just getting to that age. Around 25-26 lots of people have babies. a vasectomy will take care of that.

For the price you better be shocked with the taste. Your right about it paying for its self over time though compared the coffee houses.

They have the deluxe Keurig here. Pretty quick. A single cup of coffee would never do. I just go back for another one. It would be a fight for the first cup in my house.
