I will laugh my ass off people who have the deer in the headlights look about getting beat by a older guy in a bug with flower hubcaps and hello kitty seat covers. Your gonna need a camera for the expressions people have.

Same way that people argue continually about Ford vs. Chevy and so on. People by nature want to prove that they are right and arguing/debating is how that gets done... It also helps that the internet is such an easy to to do that because of the lack of face to face communication.

need help with port hole
A combination of cross sectional area and length of the port determines the tuning frequency. If you have a big arse box, but virtually zero excursion you don't need very much port area due to the fact that there will be little air movement in the box, and vice versa.

Anyone got a bright ideas on how to get ALL water out of pnumatic cylinders? Theres a rutting machine in the advanced asphalt lab here at work that I think water got into the air setup and I think I'm going to have to get it all out before it works right again.

The way I look at it, a sub stup with the rest factory is NOT a "system". the subs cover say 20-60hz, so they a very small portion of the audio spectrum. That is roughly .20% of the total audible spectrum while a quality front stage will cover in theory from 20,000hz to ~60hz. That roughly 99.8% of the audio spectrum, which does it seem is the more qualifiable for the name 'system'? To me it seems like the quality front stage is.

Ahh, can't decide on how to use the 2 MAW 15's I ordered from the shop.... Sealed, ported, passive radiator, single enclosure, stereo bass, downward firing, etc, etc. I haven't had any luck with anything but downward firing in the corner, but maybe its because I've always had a wimpy sub stage and I've needed all the help I could get. Hmmmm
