Like Jim said you can build it out of anything. I've built hardwood, birch, and MDF boxes. The advantage of MDF is that a sheet only costs ~20bucks while a good piece of BB ply is ~70.

Always seems to be a 2 page list of things to do when I get there You are the first person I know that has any real problem with allergies that lives/lived on a farm. I just want to smack my cousin sometimes. I've grown up helping on the far, basically on 24hr call anytime I am home. While my cousin on the other had has grown up on a farm, not doing much at all if anything. He won't even learn to run the f'ing planter right now to help his old man out for a couple of hours... Lazy pucker. Maybe its just around here, but if you live on a farm, you should work on the farm atleast part of the time during planting/harvest to help the old man out...
