So far, I've got over 1k into my dorm setup, and this is just a noob's setup, I've kinda stepped into home audio in a big way... Now to spend 5-6 hundred more on some mains and I think I'll be set for awhile. Then its time to fix up the truck, but I only plan on doing a front stage w/ AA 6.5", a US amps somethin and be done with it. (Ahh, famous last words)

6600GT doesn't handle HDR very well, though, plus it can't do AA at a decent resolution on Oblivion, although I must say, it does still look really good and plays well on my overclocked 6600GT (550/1200) ... My other computer looks way better with the 7600GT ... It runs it a hell of alot better than the 5500 that I WAS using (that was overclocked as well). The 6600 is overclocked to 563/1.13 currently, plus it was 60 bucks, so it was pretty cheap. I don't have a PCI express slot on my mobo, so I don't think I can run the 7600GT (not sure what that is, but I'm guessin here). Its that the same physical size as the 7800gtx? If it is that card is MASSIVE, my brother is running a modded one, and that thing is fricking HUGE!! My comp specs are a AMD 64 3000+ (venice core) O/C 2.08 w/ 512 PC2700 dual channel RAM. I'm pretty pleased with it currently though, hell of an improvement.

Yay, I can finally play Oblivion the way its supposed to be played. I now have a 6600GT graphics card, and I can basically max out the settings on oblivion and still run almost perfect, it only lags when it loads screens...

Worked sucked ass, 13.5hrs starting at 8am and workin outise (80+ degrees) in a asphalt parking lot for a pucking football game (with a god damn beer garden) that was frucking insane, all the parking was different than normal (spring game) so the standard money donating patrons were pissed and chewing our asses, all the lots filled up. For the first 4 hours we didn't do crap cause there was nothing to do, then it just became fricking crazy and hell broke loose. More than a couple ambulance runs, a wreck near the stadium, I think a person died in that (roll over, entrapment, ejection). We have the local cops come up and help us with the exiting, and we had about 1/4 of the cops we needed, our radio batteries kept going dead. It was a big pain in the ass... But we were told it would be made worth our while in our pay checks!!! /rant

Nailed the interview... Yippie for me, I'll know tommorow if I got the promotion...

We've got John Deere outa the ass, course it helps that we farm 3000+ acres. It serves us well, takes all of our abuse, but DAMN green parts are EXPENSIVE. It also helps that we fix Everything ourselves, just got to buy the damn parts... We have 2 semi tractors 3 Trailers ~10 John Deere Tractors 2 BIG construction loaders (T-REX's) 1 John Deere Scraper Plus ALOT of other pieces of equipment, and I mean ALOT.

The ole Fostex's quit working (left channel), played around w/ it a little and now it works.... *scratches head* Oh well, as long as I've gots my music...
