  1. its all about location. My house for instance, same floor plan as my bosses. 3250 sq ft. His may have a few nicer finishes than I do but he paid 4 times what I did. I bought a foreclosure, he picked a new house in a more expensive zipcode. I've seen my house for sale in other areas for a million plus. Same layout, same lot size.
  2. Surprised tbat the Blose stereo in my new truck actually sound decent. Every other Bose car stereo I have had sounded like junk. Cut the back door speakers off and not so bad.
  3. you will never buy new, so that shouldn't be an issue. Recalls should take care of any issues before you buy.
  4. Boss ordered a 14 stingray last night. Targa top, metallic grey paint, tan color leather. 6-8 weeks for delivery.
  5. Yeah debt like credit cards, student loans, car loans, mortgages, property taxes anything that is a recurring debt payment. Not utilities or daycare. I think we should be good then. We've managed to keep our debt pretty low aside from necessary things like cars and a house. I use my credit card here and there but pay it off within a month or so. I recently used it to buy my new grill and temp controller. My wife uses hers to get gas then pays it off with her mileage reimbursement checks. So they do get used but rarely have a balance. Also, we refinanced our house like 18 months ago and have a great loan to value rate. Right about 70%.
  6. well I do believe there was 1 made.
  7. The only credit debt is the wifes Edge, my new truck and a small mortgage on this house. Fair amount of available credit in case of emergency, but no balances
  8. Income gross or net? Shouldn't matter but just curious.
  9. Debt to income only counts "credit" accounts right? Not insurance utilities and daycare stuff correct?
  10. That is a problem. Need to have a renter for 6 months before you buy...that's what my neighbor across the street had to do. Figured it was just his income. I was hoping my income would suffice.
  11. OG blue icons, zcons, and evils. Had an xcon but not a chance to use it.
  12. Not sure how the bank will like seeing 2 new trucks and an existing mortgage.
  13. Why not positive cash flow
  14. Think I'm just going to rent my house out. I can get about 700 more a month than my mortgage payment
  15. had many options but Dallas made the most sense.
  16. Congrats!!! How did I miss this! Congrats!!! Thanks guys. Still need to figure out what my wifes going to do. Hopefully she can work remotely or get a new account to work on.
  17. Looks fantastic Neal.
  18. mine does too with my HTC DNA.
  19. Promotion and relo. Woohoo! Later Houstonia.
  20. Why would a phone setting be harder or easier?iPhone uses adhoc to sync with the cyberQ. Apparently its that simple. Droid uses another method. Even the guru website says its not easy to set up on droid. My boss has an iPhone. He just went to his available WiFi listings and the cyberQ was there to hook into. That doesn't happen with droid.
  21. Can't figure out the WiFi on my cyberQ. I hear that the iPhone is very simple, the droid not so much.
  22. WTF? THey let anyone drive.wouldn't let me test drive my c5 years ago either. Bought it off the rotating thing on the showroom floor. In their defense it was raining and I probably wouldnt let me drive it either. I thing I was like 23 when I bought it.
  23. Getting used to this new smoker and cyberQ
