Well I was going to do some testing this weekend with the termlab I just bought, used. It seems too many others before me are still registered on this unit and it won't let me register or use it. I emailed the guy I bought it from and have not heard back. Either he does not check his email or he doesn't give a shit. Either way I'm pissed.

Batteries can still show good resting voltage and not be worth a poop. I just went through this with my kinetiks.

I say swap the batteries first then go from there. Since you already have them.

I don't think anybody was bashing you. Just trying to point you in a better direction. There is a reason most people run 12v setups at 15.5, and uts not because they're to dumb to know otherwise like another member thinks. Trust me your amp does not "like" 18v better than 12v. It will however like reserve for daily driving and demos. Simple math says it should make more power on 18v vs 12v. I can't argue that but it hardly fit the goals I knew you to have.

I used the sa8s and they selfdestructed. The new sa8s seem better. I don't know much about the 10s. Ssa drivers are just better design and build quality. That's why I buy only ssa subs anymore. The Qs are bad ass too. I had two under my seat for a while also. My truck had seen lots of different set ups.

I have the same truck and built a box much like the subthump box. I'll be running dcon 10s in it. But I'm not looking for shear output. I had sundowns in the truck last year and hated them for daily use. Did ok in competition though.
