I got 2 12 re se 12's in my house and one needs a complete recone and the other needs some ne tinsel leads(snapped). So any ways i talked to greg about three days ago and might be getting the recone in about a month just wanted to post some pics. So a little history about the subs my cousin had these i bought them off of hime with the leads snapped. My cousin used his epicenter past it limits and he blew one of the coils on one sub and it is riped from one side of the cone, the other sub is good but the lead snapped so i put something temporarily for the sub but i want the ripped sub reconed and the other to get the leads fixed and just thought i would let greg know. Talked to him 3 days ago nice guy. Might get a US amp in the future to power these badboys very big and sorta heavy for a sub.

i went with some TOYO A/T from exp Open country A/T's? I wanted bigger lugs with more snow throwing powa. If I don't like these I'll switch to the MT kuhmos or the goodyear wrangler MT style. I think the wrangler duratec will be better in snow than the wrangler MT version. Yup ran them before for 6+ years one tire popped after about a good 100k miles went with them again, all 4 of them for 887 otd there 305 70r16 I do not live in the snow and ive gone to the snow and they didn't strugge w/o chains good tire in my OP.

Those look like the older RE SR you can find the specs from re and you might be better off with an SAE1200 for the trio what ohmages are they?

What do you mean. this also happens while he is driving, his voltage does drop. ALOT. but he is in the process of getting a kinetic and doing the big three. No my brother has too turn on his car in order so there can be music from the speakers. But from time to time the music goes on with the car off.

So just put it this way I want to have a good front stage. My budget is 150 for both sets comps. Ive been looking at the Alpine Type R components The RE components even thought about making my own set with an 8 inch sub(RE REX 8) and some tweeters and a crossover. I can pretty much get 2 sets of alpine type R comps for 140 the pair or some RE RE line for the same price or the RE 8 and some tweeters and a crossover for the same price 140. Benn looking at some kicker ones but still not decided.

My brother has the same problem but he needs to turn on the car so there could be sound.

The XXX comps are way out of my budget. So Is there is no way I can fit Two 8's for midbass and some tweeters for the higher ranges. Because if i cant do this i might just go with the type r components or the RE RE line comps.

My dads truck needs some new tires there 305 70r16 right now is it has some TOYO A/T and he wants to get the same ones cheapest I've found em was 194 each. or 900 flat with installation what do you guys think about the price?

I've had bad experiences with TWC they ripp you off sort of and there internet is never at a constant speed it slows down and like in 2 secs it goes super fast, pretty good for the money bu then again i live in the middle of nowhere.

there is not really a difference in the tuning but on the audible part yes if it is in a trunk it should be sub front port front the best sound there are others

So I'm going to be redoing my system in a few weeks or months and everything is practically RE audio and Us amps I already have the subs but im still looking for the amp and the speakers and there amp just about it. For the amp its between the SAE 1200 and the Us amps Md1d. For some speakers i dont really know but i ve been craving these in my doors and some tweeters so they can match the subs. But dont really no about the tweeters or the crossover because i dont think ill be running active i'm willing to spend 150 on the speakers as i can get hooked up from some RE dealers and pretty much everything. I think the JL's can because they have regulated power supplies so they do the same power from 1.5 ohms to 4 ohms if I'm right.
