Alright so my cousin just poppped his RE SE 12 the model from 06. So i got a quote from Fi. 180 bone stock He has the hifonics 1608D 1600wrms @1 ohm and the audiocontrol epicenter. But there are alotof options at Fi so wich ones would be good.Like an extra spider? he doesnt want them to pop again

I think yours is not a problem now if you smell burnt rubber thats a problem otherwise no. Or if your sub stop sounding the same as in output like less but if it is increasing the output your in no harm.

I have 1 sony amp that is wire to 1ohm and gives out about 300rms. And an oldschool fisher that gives out 200rms at 8ohm and 350 at4ohm not 1 ohms stable.

i think memphis amps are pretty good. Probably compare to J.L or U.S amps.

It can be defective. Your gain is probably low and have you checked how they are wire like if each has positive on positive not positive to ground you know. That happened to me once and fixed it and it sounded normal.
