If you are happy with the output of the 6.5's and they blend then don't worry about changing the aiming. As far as the gain go's, the drivers might not sound distorted, but will start to sound VERY strained. What is the output voltage on your HU? you will have to look it up in the HU specs. What do you have the gain set to? what frequency and slope are you crossing the comps over at? Caps are useless, forget about them. You should do the Big 3.. it takes about 7 min. A Yellow Top would be nice if you wont want too spend too much money on a batt. (80 all day on craigslist) Even though i'd rec. a XS Power batt!!

No, i got too lazy to make the 45's I listened to it for the first time last night around 11:30 and its pretty good for what it is, no throat vibration or blurred vision. The demo song used was Po Pimp by Do or Die so it was an OK bass song. Voltage drop LIKE A BITCH!! Stock ALT and Factory Batt. Videos will come once i have the opportunity.
