You would know. Err borderline deficiency. Otherwise yeah I'd probably tell something's up. The RDA is soooooooo low. it is really just the lowest amount that will keep away malnutrition. It is a good trend to move away from it. We talk about it here all the time how average americans dont get enoug protien for example, and eat waaaaY too much sugar. You would know. I'm being lazy, and wouldn't look up each item for a more accurate dosage recommendation, hence rda. Not really something important, but more of a "oh that's really low." Though like you said I suspect if that were the case I'd notice it offhand. I remember talking about RDA and EAR in class, how Americans and Canadians use it, and I wanted to ask so badly if it didn't work outside of those countries.

Speaking of hydration. I've read that milk is suppose to be more hydrating than sports drinks, and such. Yet if I drink a gallon of milk, and a few glasses of water, my piss is gold.

I should sit down and look at the RDA for everything, and actually see if I have any big deficiency--just for kicks.

Yeah I remember reading about people use ephedra then it being pulled. Concerning the toxicity: So it would appear to be a good idea to get it from food, and not excessive supplemental means. I still have to look, but I think milk has a fair amount, and perhaps a little liver here and there wouldn't be a bad idea.

Matt, you ever read anything about Vitamin A in regards to building muscle? I read an article earlier talking about most people being deficient, and that it's used for the production of testosterone, and growth factors--obviously among other things.

I just don't know. I might be a bigger asshole. Bio teacher used her "bad knee" as an excuse for her weight, and overall health. I promptly said I knew people with no legs that didn't use that shit as an excuse.

Is there a difference? If so, regular. Nope, they're all rather the same. Boring, boring, and, well, boring. Of course all cop shows are boring compared to The Wire and Southland. Spot on with the average cops' day.
  13. Yeah I think the thread title will lure people in, and go "oh everything was good."

Sorta sounds more like placement of the tv and various lights in the room is the bigger issue than the tv itself.

That much of a raise and you can drive to work! Id much rather ride a bike than drive. Unless I was in a hurry, or had an f1 car.
  22. I would check all other connections on battery(s), amps, etc. Then mount a new fuseholder. Where was the old one mounted?
  23. Not relevant to Fi. Is any of the fuse holder melted? Did it have a plastic protective case over the metal and fuse? I'm guessing it popped off, or something, and it short-circuited.
