Almost sounds like my diet...except I don't run from grain. I love bread and pasta and have no issues with them. I am not trying to lose or gain though, just eat healthy and yummy. Did I mention yummy? Oh, and fuck salmon. It's the chicken of the sea. And yes I avoid eating chicken, it's a fucking nasty animal. Any protein you have to cook to 170F cannot be good. I know you don't have to cook salmon that much but ANY cooking on a salmon and it's ruined. Raw or bust. I don't care for chicken, and when I have salmon, it's always raw. The HT room is coming along quickly.

    That's awesome.
  3. Thanks Stefan! I gotta say, this single 18" Z.3 is f'n nuts! Sounds amazing and gets as loud as I hoped it would! I am anxious to hear how this sub system is going to sound after the sub is broken in. My Excessive amperage alt and external regulator are holding voltage consistently at 14.5v, even during heavy bass hits. I can get the voltage to dip into the 13's if I adjust the volume waaaayyyy up. 50' of 4/0 is ordered Glad to hear the Z3 is sounding good, and loud.
  4. Great advice. Definitely tuned in to see the end result. I've always had similar ideas in the back of my mind (big door panels), but never went through since "finishing" would require more patience and skill then I carry. Panel/pod looks awesome.
  5. As always, stellar.

No processed food. More vetagables, although I still eat tons of red meat and salmon.

Oh and ill talk to the fairy later, im currently on mobile. From everything I've learned: Saturated fat is good for you, while polyunsaturated and monounsaturated isn't. Too much sugar is bad, regardless of the source, ie: soda, or a huge plate of fruit. Personally the only sweet things I eat are a cup of berries for my protein fluff. Grains cause inflammation, but potatoes are alright. Id pick a high fat low carb diet any day over low fat high carb. Only dairy I eat is cottage cheese for fat and protein.

Personally I don't need the benefits of losing fat, but the routine has been working well for me (been about a month now) for strength.

Would you care to explain your process? I feel like I've been trying everything and nothing is working. I've been working out with a good friend almost everyday.. I can now almost bench my body weight 3 reps can run 4 miles and bike 40 miles but I can't seem to drop any weight. Also, I according to my roommate's scale I also haven't lost a single bit of body fat What's your diet? You eat after all the workouts?
  10. Happy Birthday Brad.

For those working on losing weight & building muscle, if you get a chance, read: http://www.leangains.com/2010/04/leangains-guide.html, and other linked articles on leangains. Eat Stop Eat is also a good read. If you pm me, I know a "magical fairy" that can send it to you.

Don't wash with warm water but I have a suspicion you already did.. I never had issues with rash from sanding FG. Me either. A few small itches here and there, but nothing bad.

Use lotion and or talcum powder on your arms next time.
  15. I don't remember if the "stud" is a stud, or a bolt. If it has threads, you could screw a nut on all way until it hits the motor, then cut off the excess of the bolt, then unscrew the nut. Leaving you with a shorter bolt, but the threads would still work, and look nice. Just a thought.
  16. The Dcons will work well.
  17. I think the "help file" not working may be related to using windows 7 / vista? I've noticed in various programs that their help files no longer worked in win7. Maybe it's just me though.

What ever happened to your kiss approach.
  19. I agree with this. In my opinion, a 12 or 15 would have plenty of output. You can probably order a custom enclosure online, and even after shipping, it'll likely cost less then what your local shop would charge.

Yeah it's pretty amazing stuff. I don't care much for standing up the bike, doing back flips, but being able to wheelie like that, and drift into corners is awesome.
