You can ground them like you would an amplifier. Just make sure the contact is clean and the grounding spot is actually going to the chassis / frame.

Okay, if your revving the engine to say 2000 rpm, with stereo at full tilt, whats your voltage? Do you remember what your stock alt was rated for? Just doesn't sound right. I'm currently using a stock alt (mine is a complete piece of shit) and with a single xs d1200(pretty small battery), with my saz1500d at full tilt, my voltage will drop to low 12s. Perhaps your honda draws more current then my volvo for the stock electrical, and your batteries need a good charge?

What are the specs on your dc alt? Your hc600 is better then nothing, can't imagine it making it worse, so keep it in. Do you have any other amps besides the sax1200? Anything else that draws a fair amount of amperage?

Yeah, the put the wrong connector on the red and green wire, had to go get some male terminals to plug right into the green plug. Said to use electrical tape to cover up the other holes. Easy Yeah, had to take a bit out. I'll try to take a picture of it today. Need to clean and rearrange my room today. Work at 4 again. Stupid stuff getting in the way of car audio... I think it depends on the content being played. I don't remember any songs off hand, but I remember playing a few that would switch pitches / cut in and out, or some song that had helicopter blades in the background, I remember my throat tingling and our voices sounding like what your describing. I'll go through some of my old music and see if I can find a song that does it.

The one thing that NEVER goes out of style is sounding GOOD. You are a tinkerer and need to tinker though so tinker with that...just don't start with the sub/s. xmax would be excursion, Vd would be xmax * Sd (effective cone area), Vd is the amount of air being displaced at max excursion. Not sure what "16.5 on the driver" is referring to.
