Just for fun here is my buddies old Viper that had a big Novi 2k on it, notice how far down the tq is down low even with the big V10, doesnt make max torque till close to 5k Now here is a Whipple dyno graph. The tq curve is just sick

Twin screws will put out massive Tq instantly and a centri will build boost more progressively and generally have much much less torque and it comes on later. A good twin screw setup will feel like a big block all motor car. In a big SUV a whipple or manga charger type setup would shit all over a centri for daily driving.

They are rated at 1750rms. I didn't say what they can handle and as smart as you seem I doubt they will last very long, and who gives a shit what people are doing. Most of those guys will be reconing subs regularly.

Rubber sheets from Tractor supply? You can buy it fairly cheap and its like 4ft x 3ft sheets. Can be used for garage floor, work areas, etc. I would maybe try that the seal the last sheet with something? IDK

How is actually driving a vehicle a problem, and why do you need a diesel? I own a moving company with 3 locations and I also do all my own bids. I drive alot. I do have a couple shop vehicles and my dually. But when I drove my other big diesel daily if I was on one side of town and a truck got stuck or I needed to haul or pick up a trailer I could go straight to them, pull a 26k lb truck out of yard or go snatch my trailers up without having to go back to my office all while sitting in luxury When I bought the Dodge I thought I could get by with a half ton, then I said well shit if Im gonna drive a gas half ton might as well drive a car daily. Now Im in something that IS awesome as a daily, "for a Doctor or Dentist" not really for a Moving company owner that always gets down and dirty and may have to do what ever at any given moment. Just alot of thinking going on. The Escalade deal is a no brainer for my wife. She Loves them. Her favorite color, one owner, under warranty and a good deal works. Also gets me out of a 800 per month lease

Looks like I may trading in the SRX and my V. If all goes well the new vehicles will be a 09 Escalade and a 2012 F250 King Ranch. I need another diesel. Already put 6K miles on my car in a few months :/

It was built for a Q and once he upgraded to the SP4 it sounded good enough no rebuild was necessary

Mine is tuned at 29hz. I forgot to mention that I also built a enclosure for a Altima my friend has, it's 3.3cu tuned at 33hz and he is running a SP4 on 1200watts and it sounds incredible. It has around 45sqin of port.

The Escalade are strong stock. Our 07 was and it made my Dodge Ram with the 400hp Hemi feel like a slug! My local dealer has a Blue 09 with 70k on it one owner that I think we are going to pull the trigger on.

If its built right you should be fine with that enclosure. Not perfect but it should sound just fine. I have my 15in FI Q in a 3.6cu box with 43 sqin of port and it slams and sounds great. A SP4 sounded killer in my box when I tried my friends. My single 3yr old Q on a BC2000 does a 147@ 40hz and still does a 140 @25hz. And I bet money it would be even louder with a SP4 in it. Different vehicle but still.

WAY overpriced for an 07. I paid WAY less for a 2010.Agreed, I paid around that for our 07 a couple years ago with 50k on it. I would however pay 28k for it. If you paid 30 or less for that 2010 you must be a hell of a negotiator.
