They sell XS Power batteries right here in the ssa store. No clue what size batt he needs or your price range. Also for an spl meter most ppl use termlab on a laptop. It measures the spl (sound pressure level) in different locations in your vehicle. You talking about a C-tec charger?? Not that familiar with them or the better one to get, but my understanding is they are required for charging AGM batteries. Don't know if he has a router or not, but that would be something he could use now or in the future. Also to go with the router would be a circle jig. Don't know if this is the best one to get, but I was thinking of this for my Christmas list.
