If your 15's are dual 4-ohm coils the Sundown SAZ-1500D should be great, you will be able to run all coils parrallel giving a 1-ohm load. As far as head unit I'm sure BanginGMC has a good reason for his suggestion on head unit. I have been using a Sony MEX-BT5700U http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=8198552921665755310 It has the USB feature you requested, 3 RCA 4-volt preouts and my favorite feature is I can play music off my I-phone wireless through the Bluetooth. Since we are trying to do this on a somewhat prefigured buget, my son decided on mostly Soundstream components. My wife hates it most of the time but but my son has the advantage that the old man loves cars and has enjoyed car stereo for years. I was involved with USAC for a couple of years. Had a Escort GT with 8-12" JL's being pushed with the old Pheonix M series amps. Best DB in outlaw was 150-151 but that was a long time ago.
