  2. They can both be in one chamber. One sub would be cheaper to power and you'd get approx. the same output with 1 ported as you would with 2 sealed.
  3. cool vids as usual, those DCs look nice, that D5 is just scratchin' their backs. What's going to replace it?
  4. Kicker makes good, quality amplifiers, I would much rather have a Kicker than my Hifonics bxi1606d. These Brutus series amps will put out a good bit of power though, seems to be much better than most of the other brands at it's price level.
  5. I will be taking a camera, don't know if it takes decent vids yet or not (just bought it yesterday). So I will have pics from the show. I'm also going to Locals Night in Durant Oklahoma March 5th so should have pics from that as well. I doubt my Bronco will be done by the 5th but hoping to have everything installed before Kicker Bash.
  6. and I may be hitting you up for some work
  7. I've done that several times, usually just go on autozone's site and figure from there
  8. Gray would be nice as well
  9. http://www.parts-express.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=299-094 I think this is perfect for ya
  10. I wondered the same thing.
  11. why not run welding cable? it's cheaper and just as good
  12. wire to 8 ohms? Subs in the floor? Raise the rear seat? Behind rear seat (cut into the bed)?
  13. I have a Z15 V1 DVC4 in excellent condition I may part with if you're interested.
  14. They should do rated power, just might be at a little higher voltage to get there. I almost bought the MD3D from them but I think when I upgrade I'm gonna go for about 3k instead of 2k. They are nice amps, just not quite as badass as the Sundowns imo. I can also vouch for Audiosavings, I've made multiple purchases through them, they are great to deal with, great customer service as well.
  15. They leak GASES, you will not see what the battery is releasing. You probably wouldn't smell it either. If that battery tips over, you could have problems. I would definitely put them in the bed if I were you. To be honest though, I wouldn't run them period. My brother in law also thinks the way you do and runs 2-3 regular batteries in his setup, along with 2 different brand woofers in the same common chamber enclosure.

  18. why not measure it yourself?
  19. good deal on a nice car, is there as much plastic inside those as there was in the 90s models?
