Have you checked out the refurbs at db-r? They have a SAX1200 right now under $300 shipped. An AQ1200 is another good choice under $300 shipped. I would choose a similarly rated Sundown or AQ over a Massive Audio or Hifonics amp any day.

And this is why I usually leave the HU at 0. Same here, I leave it flat nearly all the time.

You're right on track, good job buddy. Your journey has helped motivate me to get in better shape and eat healthy when possible. I've been trying by eating much better than usual and getting into the gym almost regularly but not losing any weight yet but I figure the weight will start to drop pretty soon.

I wouldn't be afraid to try Massive amps but would not spend >$600 for 1200 rms from them. It would have to be half that price or cheaper though first.

Roederer Brut Estate is what I drink for "cheap" ...although I don't think it'll fit your category of cheaper is better. I pay about $14 for it. If you go much cheaper things get nasty really fast. Thanks, I was hoping to find something in that range, $12-$15 a bottle. I'll go try to find a bottle of that tomorrow and try it out.
