yep. alt shipped out yesterday got my enclosure build in the works gotta get the rest of my electrical done then ill be looking for a 3.5k amp.

Yeah bigjon but its the new style cm and i got the motors and carts off caco and the guy lives in my town so hes gonna help me go through elite where he got them if i cant fix the rub

I just put a new CM MOJO "catridge" on a motor and im getting some coil rub. I did a second one and it turned out great but i remounted the catridge a few times on the first one and it keeps rubbing on the same side inside the coil. I think its slanted not off center. I mounted some old cartridges i had on the same motor and didnt get any rub so im pretty sure its the new cartridge. Any advice on a fix?

id say a 250a alt big 3 2 run 0ga to back and 1 d3400 up front 2 d1200 in back

its possible but i'd think you could get a better build with smaller drivers.

Yeah now you need to find a more powerful most likely more expensive amp. if your doing a 2 driver build use d4's. also if your gonna go with 750-1000w per sub i'd stay on the smaller side of enclosure volume.

if your inverting both you can either reverse the polarity on both or leave them both normally as long as they are in phase. I'd try both to see what sounds better in a particular build

can your electrical support a .5 ohm load? if not youll need to run it off of a 2 ohm load or swap for d4 coils

Ive been looking at DC alts for my truck and they go from 2005-2009. The 2010 is the same gen and engine as the 2005-2009 im guessing they just left it off the list by accident just wondering if anyone knows for sure if it would work or wouldnt for some reason. thanks in advance.

Looking to start buying the pieces for my next build and im fairly sure im going to be using a bc2000 to power it but as far as drivers im pretty split between a few options. I want to be able to get really loud at around the 30-33hz area and really loud period but no a complete loss of musical ability. Going to be a daily driver build. Mainly been looking at either 2 15" ssa icons, dc level 4s, fi bl's or 4 sa-12s. Im leaning toward the sa-12s right now. Any advice would be appreciated.

gain is at half. there may be a voltage drop but i cant tell you by how much..hes trying to get a digital voltage gauge

hey guys. i know a buddy of mine whos got an RE SXX on an SAE-1200d 220a OEM series dc power alt 2 out of 3 big 3 optima yellowtop and 0ga to the amp and hes having issues with his sub cutting out randomly. the amp isnt going into protection and when it cuts out its only momentarily. i noticed he was only running one set of 12ga from the amp to the sub and told him he should step that up. my only other thoughts would be a ground problem but im not sure what else it could be. any advice would be appreciated.
