I'm not an sq freak but, I enjoy it. I'm just not familiar with a lot of the drivers that many of people run here when they go active. That was the main reason for me making this thread.

I'll probably still use my 100.2 for my midbasses though. If at all possible.

I was wondering the exact same thing.

If i decide to go active it will definitely be a 100.4 But, I don't particularly have any size restrictions.

I'm a total front stage noob. Literally. But, I'm really thinking of new things that I can do to my truck to improve its front stage. It doesn't particularly matter to me whether it is a component set or set of speakers that are to be run in an active setup. I happen to like airy and not harsh tweeters, a smooth midrange, and a strong midbass presence. I'm open to any and all suggestions. Thanks, Brandon
