  5. this would be intense. my girlfriend has a grand am gt and wants a system. i was thinking icon sealed and she'd be happy. 2 xcons and she'd be crazy
  6. voted. good luck to them
  7. honestly though, why would you waste the money on a box like that? cool idea but wrong way to do it

  10. thats very impressive. Team Decent, you do a great job producing loud, clean, clear bass machines
  11. that looks really interesting. that is going to be some long wire runs though. couldn't you fit the batteries in the cab behind the seats?

no idea what i was reading when typing that. great!!! lets see what it looks like in there
  13. i could see both ways. i would personally not cut the dash just to keep the style. but if you're going to be putting a whole system into it with visible tweeters, then i'd cut the dash just because you're going to modernize a classic
  14. I'm looking to get a new chevy malibu 2LT with the v6 option to replace my 2004 blazer. i'll be commuting to school this fall round trip 60 miles a day for 4 days. in my blazer that would cost me 50 a week not including any extra driving for work or anything else. Does anyone know any problems with them? i can do a car turn in, gm employee discount and get the other typical deals that dealerships offer and pay about $225 a month for 5 years before its mine. any problems with this idea at all? the main reason i'm going with Chevy is because i have never not had an american car let alone a GM. dad worked for gm for 20 years and i would only jump to ford if they did something for the same price thats better. anyone have the measurements of the trunk in a malibu?
  15. correct, RCAs going to the sub amp are mono while 4 channel are stereo inputs.
  16. ok, i guess i missed that. good luck with it. i'll be tuned it
  17. where is that going in your Malibu?

that looks like it'll be an amazing enclosure. i'd be willing to give up a comfy stock leather armrest for a sub box rest.
  19. every time i look at an xcon video i keep thinking "do i really need a spare tire in my trunk?"
  20. what kind of blazer and i assume it would become a 2 seater right?
  21. what was the reason for it? i missed it i guess
  22. I have a question about the radio though. can you turn the internal amp off? i have my 880PRS internal turned off so that i only have my components and sub playing. If i have to take my sub and amps out i turn the internal back on and have stock 6x9s and dash. great write up though
