  1. Thanks man. All I gotta say is big props to all of you that wrap vinyl without stretch marks!
  2. One last test fit. I had to cut a little a reglass but I expected that. I used cat litter to measure enclosure volume. Now I need to measure the amount of cat litter used to fill the enclosure to get the volume. I covered the enclosure in vinyl. There are more stretch marks than a 90 year old woman! I layed down some Stinger Roadkill Expert on the bottom. I also used grommets for the 10 gauge Gepco ocf wire. You can see the screw in 10-24 bolt thingies that I am using to mount the driver. Making the grill. I used plywood and perforated steel. This is the back side. The front side is counter sunk so the steel is flush. I used minature bal and socket thingies to mount the grill. I made an error with this. I should havd use 3 ball and socket thingies, I only used 2 Here she is on the door. I used "special acoustic" grill cloth lol. Not too bad. You know how it goes....looks good from afar but far from good lol.
  3. ....waiting for pics
  4. What do the Kicker CR's perform best in ported or sealed? Lets see some pics of the car!
  5. He is right, I cant phuck with that!! LMFAO!!
  6. You are definitely drawing more power than what your 270XP can produce. You need more alts 11.9v is low for a multi battery setup, dont you think?
  7. Fi resolved this over 22 days ago. There is absolutely no need for you to dig up old shit you are not even involved in. People reading the thread have no way of knowing the issue has been resolved. If it had, it should have been posted. This is a public forum for information and he has every right to get involved in any thread he damn well pleases, just the same as you do, so next time be careful with the keyboard. I actually posted to help both parties out. And if anybody else has the same problem, know to keep in touch instead of waiting months in between. And how was this "diggin up old shit"? It was on the first page in this section? Not like it was lost and forgotten. And/or this is going to give Fi a bad rep. But its ok, I know your out to be a smart ass towards me cause I have been one to you in the past. But you had no idea my attentions for posting. Tirefryr was right I shouldn't have responded the way I did. I viewed your post differently than what you intended, sorry. And as it turns out you were right in alluding to this not be resolved. Hmmm what's up with this?

  9. Bring the truck up here to PA and I will build the center console.....and drive it Lol my lady keeps me out of the garage now as it is
  10. I got it bro.
  11. What is the goal for these? Get loud and sound good? I am curious if these are aimed towards the spl crowd or if the will be suitable in an sq setup.
  12. What amps (model #'s) do you have? What ohms are you running them at? Is this at idle or at +1500 engine rpms? What size power and ground wires and how many runs of each?
  13. Attention whoring, whining and crying Fixed
  14. Lol this guy is ridiculously serious! Funny chit!
  15. Like I said that output 7-8k wrms and can actually do it. It doesnt matter. The dollar to watt ratio is great right now but not that good. Two Audiopipe AP3000D's are approx $350/ea and that will only be approx 6k wrms.
  16. I doubt $600-$800 will buy you an amp that will output 7-8k wrms.
  17. Wowzaa those mids right behind your head will make quick work on making you def! Is suede hard to work with? I love the dash wrapping you did
  18. I love the hardware store Whatcha doing with the relay?
  19. Fits like a glove I like the idea of using wire loom as a grommet This build is coming together very nice. A good example of a nice sounding daily setup.
  20. Do you have her held at gun point or is she drunk?
  21. What does the rest of the audio system consist of? Pics?
  22. Nice enclosure! Is it birch? Get it metered?
