  1. Thanks Mark. I do not have a brand new SSA subs right now but I will keep that in mind for the future.
  2. Thank you. That is an 8 shot HDR. Awe shit thanks man. I am nearly not good enough to be a pro!!! Like anything, you have to go out and do it! Thank you! Thank you! This is my first decent camera. And although the camera is a huge factor in photo quality it definitely isn't everything! I have been shooting for about 1.5 years. I love my Nikon. Every manufacturer has it's perks. I highly recommend a D7000 if you want to be serious about amateur photography. This upcoming month a guy at work is buying my D5000 outfit and I am upgrading to the D7000 :dancing: :dancing:
  3. I use Adobe Lightroom 7 for editing purposes. I only edit exposure, color saturation, sharpness and crop. Nothing is "photoshopped". Oh yeah a couple photos are HDR. I use Photomatix Pro3 for HDR.
  4. I really enjoy photography. These photos were taken with a Nikon D5000. If you enjoy photography like I do post up some pics!
  5. Oh wow it looks bigger. Even more impressive score for small port area!
  6. Nice! Is that an 8" port? Where did you get it?
  7. I see my future....................... Dual alt setup........................ Factory alt with another 16v alt :morepower1: :morepower1: :morepower1:
  8. Running it with 12v batteries would be very bad. Did you watch the video? We have 2 XS Power 14v batteries in the truck. We talk about them in the video and they are shown on the red rack under the rear of the vehicle. There's nothing wrong with running 14v batteries in a so-called 'daily' vehicle. What's going to happen? The charging voltage is kept low in OE applications because the 12v flooded batteries can't handle charging voltage above 14.8-15 without damage. When you switch over to a 14v AGM battery you have to charge above 16v as recommended by XS Power and there are no negative side effects to running at higher voltage. As long as the amps are able to handle voltage that high there is no problem at all. If your amp MFG says nothing over 16v this might not be for you. Higher voltage is the way of the future, auto manufacturers have been pushing for 28v for 15+ years, battery companies and people who don't understand electricity are what is holding us back. Read all you want, you will find those who are against it didn't have the proper equipment, installed it wrong or didn't use it at all, just listened to what Jimmy Joe Bob said-"you ain't got no good use for no 14v". The only thing standing in the way of it is PCM controlled charging systems. Do the math, will your system produce more power @ 14.5v or 16.5v?
  9. I have a (2)D3400's in my Hyundai. If I can fit a D3400 under my hood it should fit in just about anything
  10. I recommend two runs of 1/0 (two sets of + and -). I have a Crescendo 3kwp (running @ 1ohm), DC Power 270XP, (2) D3400 and one rune of 1/0 (both + and -). I do see over a 1v drop during heavy bass lines. I will be running my 3kwp @0.5ohm in a month or two and will certainly be adding another set of 1/0. It isn't necessary about alternator amperage. The power transfer between two batteries, one front one rear, can exceed alternator output. For that short burst of power transfer more wire the better
  11. I definitely recommend using atleast one layer of fiberglass on top of the resin'd fleece. The pillar is long and imo it needs at little bit more support than just resin. That would suck to have the resin and bondo crack on you!
  12. Balls, that sucks!
  13. I like your thinking. It doesnt appear that you have your pr tuned. Is it? You could be unloading the active driver above your ploted system f3. Depending on the specs of your pr, your Fi Q maybe excedding the pr's mechanical xmas limits rendering it useless at higher power levels.
