Seems like more of the average cars tested on Top Gear are available in manual transmissions whereas here most aren't if they are that model is fairly rare. Speed's only available in the top two packages. It's a joke really as that is the only damn channel I want. If I could somehow view F1 races without Speed, I would get rid of the satellite all-together.

Yeah, I had Dish several years ago and I liked them aside from losing signal all the time. Then I switched to Comcast and those idiots just fucked everything up. Then I went to AT&T U-verse and loved that, but it's not available where I live now, so I got DirecTV and love it aside from the bullshit pricing now. They upped it several months ago, but it just pisses me off and the receiver has been fucking up constantly. I've called several times to get shit fixed and they sent a Tech out here once, but it was a contractor and the guy was dirty, smelled like shit, sloppily dressed and had no ID. I told him there was no way I'd let him in my house, so I called DirecTV to complain, went through several people and managers, got a bunch of apologies and other bullshit, and nobody has come out again. Every time I call now, they keep giving me the run-around.

They upped my prices $20/month with no explanation and I am not happy about it, and now my damn receiver takes two minutes to do anything. I push a button and have to wait two minutes before it does anything and their customer service dept. is no help. Are you experiencing these issues? I had the same problem on the last update and a reset took care of everything. I've reset 5 times today and it still sucks.

Does your shifter move freely in the column with the cable disconnected?

Wow, you sound like a politician. More concerned about the cost of the war machines versus the soldiers' lives. My aircraft is an aerial refuleler, I'm just a big gas tank. War machine? Not so much, we do more than refuel fighters we refuel everything and anything from our sister services to allow them to complete their mission regardless if it's humanitarian or for war. I was just stating that the politicians worry more about the machines, ie aircraft, tanks, guns, ammo, more than they do the service men and women.

You're not supposed to swallow it. Of course you felt like vomiting. On a side note, I started Chewing Kodiak Straight and it tasted like root beer. It was very sweet and tasted great. That and their mint were about all I could handle. Skoal, Copenhagen, and the cheaper brands made me feel sick as well. I could let the Kodiak sit on my tongue and it was like candy. I think that's what got be hooked. Any of the others and it was a horrible taste. Personally, I don't think it's the nicotine that hooks you, it's simply the habit of doing it. I would always have a dip right after a meal and that's when it was best. My first 5-6 months after quitting and I felt lost not having a pinch in my cheek. I quickly started sucking on mints after meals and it was quite comforting.

I would smoke when I drank for several years in my early twenties. It's been a good 8-9 years since I've had a cigarette. I chewed tobacco for 15 years.

My body has been so messed up ever since I got rid of tobacco and soda and it's been over a year.

I am the same way. Take any water I normally don't like it. Add some fizziness and I love it.
