  1. I'm exhausted!
  2. What's been difficult for me is that my son is not as athletic as I was. He does not seem to possess the drive or desire to win that I have either. I'm working hard with him though and he improves daily, but outside stimuli seems to affect him far more than it should. I'm also finding the simple concept (feeling) of victory is not quite the reward that most children these days desire
  3. YEah, it was awesome! Gavin went 8 for 13 with 12 RBIs! He moves to third next week though as he's the only arm strong enough to throw across the field. Unfortunately, he doesn't field well.
  4. We played a 10u tournament this weekend and swept everyone! It was awesome! Friday had a come from behind win with a walk-off single. Yesterday our bats came alive and we just crushed everyone. Today we got in a 4 run hole early, then got the bases loaded with our cleanup hitter and he blasted a grand salami! IT turned everything around and we dominated the next two games to win the tourney! Next week's going to be tough though. We start a 9u and lose all our 10-year-olds and that leaves us with only 1st year players. SHould be fun though! Lots of bloopers!
  5. What ever happened with these?
  6. If it was as simple as that, they would.
  7. The car was trashed. All the Mercs were. SO sad to see. He had two good, cars; the Volvo, and a Mini Cooper S. I'm going to make him an offer on both cars today. He's a sentimental collector, so I doubt I'll get them, but I have to offer none-the-less.
  8. So I went to check out a 300CE and 560SEC tonight and ended up finding a rust-free 79 245DL.
  9. Check Blaupunkt's website. They used to have direct and wholesaler sales and you can get a whole system for around $400. That's how I built shit for my niece and nephew.
  10. My Lincoln is getting torn up from work. I need a beater. I had to drive my Dad's truck last week and had to fill that bitch up 3 times in 5 days. Need to find something a bit more efficient.
  11. They're fine in a car platform. Hell a tune does wonders, but the trucks are just heavy bricks. They just need more engine.
  12. Get the 5.0. The Ecoboost engines are nice, but they are all lowend. The Coyote has the torque and it's powerband keeps climbing well past redline. Go drive both; you'll see what I mean. If you want a lighter truck get the 15+. The aluminum makes for a very nimble truck.
  13. Shit, that's all my equipment. I had to build a test rack a few years ago just to review the US Acoustics.
  14. You said it's for you, but you keep talking about what your wife wants. . .
  15. A5 or 335.
  16. Are you not already?
  17. I find Nikes on Ebay for $25-40. That's what I buy for work.
  18. The CTS-V since my quote never posted.
  19. Which is what YOU would end up with if YOU were muscle car shopping.
  20. I've been contemplating a dealer's license for years. Only problem is I can't deal with stupid people.
  21. It's all good. I'm busy ATM too. I purchased the car for 21.5 and sold it for 24. Can't really complain.
  22. NO, really, I'm done. I may buy a few cheapies to play with, but nothing new again until I get a home with a garage.
  23. Nothing. I'm done.
  24. Just sold my Mustang.
