ASSUMING is the key word. I highly doubt he could even give them half. And the pain you would go through to seal them with that rear deck. I feel for you if you go this route. Any cancellation issues thus far?

Best technique for applying touch up paint
Painting it will not stop the rust. The rust will still be under tha paint and you will have to sand an area quite a bit larger than the visible spot to get rid of ALL the rust. I would suggest going to the parts store and they should have something to put over the rust to inhibit it's growth. I can't think of the exact word right now, but you basically paint it on and it catalyzes with the rust and alters the molecular struture so it's no longer rust. Then you can paint right over it. This may work for a while, but there will always be an underlying problem and the rust will return. May be days, may be years, but it always wins.

Q`s about box for mag15
You'll have to experiment with your vehicle to find what suits your tastes best and what works bets with the application. Generally a low tune will yield a flatter response, but this will also translate into an exagerrated lowend when loaded into the vehicle due to it's transfer function. This can also play havoc with your frequency response as well. As for the enclosure size, the 3.5-4.5 cubes will be NET, or after driver and vent displacements are subtracted.

Welcome to the IHoP
I thought I needed two 1female-->2male y-splitters for a bridged amp? Depends on how you do it. Running one set of RCAs back to the amp would necessitate a single female splitting into 2 males. Running dual RCA cables to the back would necessitate 1 male splitting into 2 females.

Q`s about box for mag15
Welcome to the forum first off. For the 15s, you'll want anwywhere from 3.5-4.5 cubes vented each. Vent area, about 12-15sq.inches per cube. You should be safe with that power, but BE CAREFUL. Fried coils are not covered by warranty. You really won't need that much power though. With that amount of drivers and space, anywhere from 500 to 1000 per driver is more than enough.

Amprack fans
Damn foo, you took my saying. Do you know why though? Hot air rises. Use it to your advantage and mount the fans on bottom, blowing through to the top.

The steel would be able to take up less space while being more rigid than the wood. Welding would be mandatory though. Personally, I would make a frame of steel welded to the sheetmetal, mount the amps with nonconductive fasteners then frame with the thin wood and vinyl. I just don't trust a few screws in that light guage sheetmetal. I want my stuff mounted secure, especially if it's at my back in the same space and has any chance of becoming dislodged and causing injury.

Alright, you're pissing me off. Keep teasing me with pics of the A7s, but do I have any. Nope. Bastage!- Summit Racing brand exhaust components
I'd say headers, but then it's still limted gains and will vary between applications. I put shorties on my Cobra and only gained 3 HP, but 13ft/lbs. Put long tubes on and gained 18HP, but lost some lowend torque, but my peak number was up by 3 ft/lbs. Added an off-road pipe and catback and gained another 22HP, but lost 5 ft/lbs peak and some 15+ft/lbs from 1500-3200. Personally, I'd go with the catback route to get the sound if nothing else. Then upgrade the headers lately. The sound will improve again, and you should see and feel the power gains.- Amprack
How are you planning on securing the rack? Are your intentions to keep the amps below the window line or below the mark where your tape measure begins? Are you opposed to using steel or welding? Fiberglass? Are you going to follow the contour of the rear panels with the slight curve or just do a box? I have a ton of ideas, but I don't know what your options, capabilities, skills, time, or funds are.- Welcome to the IHoP
