  1. You should have tried us acoustiks from ssa.
  2. Damn these smart phones
  3. Where and how much do I apply to the doors
  4. Yes it is a plastic panel.
  5. Where do I need to apply sound proofing to these doors?
  6. You are correct sir! lol It's amazing hearing the difference between tapping on the rear doors vs the fronts now. Guess it's time to pull the rear panels and do those too, even though there are no speakers in those doors. The handles are vibrating like crazy.....hopefully that will help to solve the issue. What I hate is all the plastic panels that rattle. Agreed. The one that's giving me the most problem is that plastic frame over the license plate that holds the latch release and license plate lights. I did some deadening in the hatch as well and it seemed to help quite a bit, but there's still a little noise (much easier to live with now though). The problem I found was when I went for spl it caused a lot of problems. Like shaking everything lose. That's why I go for sq now not spl.
  7. Couldn't agree more. Was a play on the discussion. Sure it reflects how I and most of the board feels, but it would be a further waste of money on the end here that pads some asshats pockets. Self defeating in that respect. See I took it as a play on one of the "Smash my xbox" type things where we go get an xbox just to say we were going to give it away to someone only to have them watch us smash it first. I guess that it is kind of mean and a waste, but I've wasted my money on other stuff that didn't make sense and was a waste. Find a used one for sale? And then show why it is only good for one song or hz.

  9. The sound goes in instead of people hearing it outside the car. lol
  10. Why is it the faster you clean the rain gutters, they still get plugged up?
  11. It will give you voltage but not as good as measuring at the amp. I have a upgraded alternator and only running a 400 wrms system know. But I still get headlight flicker because the voltage regulator can't react fast enough. Like Alton said as long as you are getting around 13 volts to the amp you are fine. Unless the dimming is real bad just check the voltage. I have one of those it is better then nothing.
  12. I would start with the big three and see what happens.
  13. In that wire should be a fusable link if you look close.
  14. For someone who doesn't know what they're doing, it's also a good way to break things as it's uselessness goes both ways. Its only good as a paper weight.
  15. You could do the same thing with your ears for free. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57RUYL6lsq0
  16. I hope you bought the .5 ohm warranty.
  17. Lets get more dcon photos posted!!!!!!!!!!!
  18. Not worth it even if your going to use it once.
  19. I don't know. I have ever used a four channel to power a sub. So what I am saying if I set it to high pass won't the sub try to play all the hz?
  20. Do I need to worry about the sub bottoming out because it has no ssf filter?
