So far I have purchased 2 of my 8 subs(getting the rest on a pallet Feb 5-10th) I have a SAZ2000d right now but I am trading it plus cash for the 2 I bought 300$ worth of Birch Just ordered a Expert Pack of Stinger Roadkill (9 Sheets of 18x32) And my Pioneer 3200DVD is in the mail Box is getting built next week! I wouldn't mind but not my goal.....I want lows and a good setup for rap Which bandpass boxes are sick with A standard 4th order ported will yield at least as good of results if not better. The problem with that tho is the space....me putting the subs in the trunk gave me a lot of xtra room They take "similar" amounts of space. Sorry bro I don't see what your saying :/.....clarify? 4th order ported and 4th order bandpass require about the same amount of space for their respective boxes Glad you are realizing that it won't meet your goals. Wall = Box. If you build a crappy box behind the "wall" it will still sound like crap. You need to first determine your space and then decide what to do. I've got roughly 32ish cubes before subs and all that

My friend is doing the main part of the build, I am just trying to learn. He has done 4-5 walls in the past so I don't doubt how it will turn out

so people are telling me to just scrub the 4th order idea because that design i came up with wouldn't sound good might just wall 8 like originally

What do you guys think of this design? The huge ported section will be roughly 50 width, 36 Height, and 36 length all the way up to the back of my front seats. No i agree on most. It is just that stuff like amp placement battery placement and all that depends on the subs I go with because what subs I go with makes my box change. I already measured out and we are going to try and see if we can make a 4th order bandpass for 8 12" Skars fit. I know 6 will but I have an idea for 8. And tbh i really dont care much about my SPL numbers......I will still run it but I care more about how loud it is than if i hit a 153 over a 151. I have 2 Skars on the way right now and getting the rest within the month. Build will start soon can't wait to show you guys
