Results from my Dad's truck: 137.3 dB - windows down 131.1 dB - windows up Both legal @ the windshield @ 40 Hz on the TL. Regular cab truck, ported box, behind the seats. Two E8s on SAE-1000D at 2 ohms. Pics later!

I just read in BusinessWeek that the Saudi's are getting scared about a big backlash due to the high price of oil so they are beefing up their supply as fast as possible - they have set a target of $80 a barrel by 2009 if they get it their way. It is in their best interest to discourage alternative fuels, so they don't want the high price to push forward technology that would decrease demand for oil.

I bought the amp January 5th 2007 but didn't get to install it until a couple days ago. So it is like it was new, having never been installed. It's the SAX 100.4. I bought it during the presale. I hooked the RCA up directly to the 4th channel input and there was still no output on the 4th channel speaker outs. So, it just says "SAX-100.4" on the bottom with no small letter afterwards ? That is the first one in the first revision I've heard of with a bad channel - but it is possible. E-Mail me at [email protected] for information about warranty.

Did the 100.4 work before or is this a new amplifier ? Can you tell me which revision it is ? The bottom will say either "SAX-100.4" or "SAX-100.4b" or "SAX-100.4c"

You have PM thehawk. You don't need that much box for the Nightshade 15 - 3 cubes + port displacement is fine. A 37 Hz tune will work just fine as well.

Yes sir, at least two that I'm aware of stratusrt01 installed two 15s in a truck with a 3000D doing 150.3 on music. Derrick on Team Sundown is using two 1500s on two 15s also doing low 150s on music. I believe there was a third, although, I don't recall who right now!
