SAE-1000D Bridged....
You aren't bridging the amp at all, it has only one channel. It has two sets of terminals for wiring convenience and strapping. You can use just one set of + / - if you like.
-
SAZ-3000D
That electrical system will be fine. Assume over 3000 watts if you can actually maintain 14v, but that is unlikely even with a 300 amp alt since it usually won't be putting out the full 300 amps.

Help, Low ouput on my amp (26 volts)
Your problem is the LPF. You are filtering out the frequency you are testing voltage at. As per Lord Baccus' suggestion set it about half way and try again.

Help, Low ouput on my amp (26 volts)
Are the RCA plugged into the right plugs ? Have recently had an instance where a shop plugged into the wrong ones... What is the LPF set to? Subsonic? What kind of voltage is that stock HU putting out through the LOC? And does the LOC have adjustment?

Nightshade T/S Specs
All specs measured after a short break-in period. Specs will vary slightly from unit to unit and with further break-in, as with any subwoofer, but these specs are accurate enough to model up your enclosures. 12" Model D1 Coils: Qts = 0.40 Qms = 6.83 Qes = 0.43 Fs = 43 Hz VAS = 11.7 L Le = 1.4 mH (series) Re = 1.59 ohms (series) BL = 17.6 N/A 12" Model D2 Coils: Qts = 0.44 Qms = 9.36 Qes = 0.46 Fs = 41 Hz VAS = 11.7 L Le = 3.0 mH (series) Re = 2.92 ohms (series) BL = 22.8 N/A 15" Model D1 Coils: Qts = 0.48 Qms = 9.33 Qes = 0.51 Fs = 40 Hz Vas = 36.7 L Le = 1.36 (series) Re = 1.44 ohms (series) BL = 15.27 N/A 15" Model D2 Coils: Qts = 0.44 Qms = 8.64 Qes = 0.47 Fs = 38 Hz Vas = 36.7 L Le = 3.0 mH (series) Re = 2.92 ohms (series) BL = 22.8 N/A

Refurb amps from Dbr
Yep, Chris does great work and offers a 1-year warranty to back it up.

now thats Customer Service
I'd like to see some more pics, is that a two-piece back plate / pole assembly ? How many cross drilled holes ? Any idea on the final BL^2 / Re of the design ? PS: Just curious about the design, information is just to satisfy my curiosity. I have been considering doing some more custom work in the future, find it pretty cool.

Cool of them to do that for you.

15" Nightshade D2 T/S Specs

seriously
With Pete's box design and folded down seats it is quite possible to achieve 140s.
-
seriously
this is completly therorectical, but do you think that with 1400wrms, a box from hexibase, and a 12 nightshade in a grand am trunk could pull 140 or better on music? i know no one can give me a "true" answer but does it have the capibilitys to achieve this goal. I don't see why not in the right box -- it will be more difficult from a trunk, but Pete has been known to work some magic. I imagine you would need to modify the rear deck at least slightly to allow the pressure into the cabin better.

Subwoofer design to achieve LOUD "punchy" bass? (rock music)
Get a large midbass, 8" or larger, that is pretty critical for what you are looking for. As for a subwoofer... I would suggest a 15" SI Mag (find one used) in a sealed enclosure, or an MKI 15" Brahma sealed. Either one sounds fantastic on rock music

The 15" Nightshade that we put in my friend's Bronco plays music consistently in the 140s with 1500 watts on tap This is with a box not made specifically for the sub or the vehicle -- basically a test run.

15" Nightshade D2 T/S Specs
We put one of these 15s in my friends Bronco last night and drove around with it for a few hours and barely got it warmed up with the SAE-1500D proto on tap. And before anyone asks... no pics or ETA on that model amp yet.

15" Nightshade D2 T/S Specs
Specs won't make it up today for the other coil configs -- but I'll get them all ready tomorrow Also... keep in mind this is a 60-second break-in. The Fs will drop some more as time goes on, expect a few Hz lower after a month or so. These spiders are very consistent after the initial 60-second break-in so they won't change a whole lot, but you will get a few Hz drop in a few weeks of play.

15" Nightshade D2 T/S Specs
D2. I'll get D1 specs later on today, I've been testing all the shipping subs today so I went ahead and measured TS on a D2 before I packed it up.
