what's the power rating on the NS-1 ?

im using 3/4 MDF, i was thinking what shogen was suggesting. well the 12's are still new so im thinking about making single wall, then after the subs are broken in, slap on another baffle on the outside.

im making a box for 2 12 Fi BL 12's and was wondering do i need a baffle for the 12's? becuse if i baffled it would mess with the volume and tuning of the box? sooo? not sure. the port is located inbetween the 12's. anyones 2cents?

alright, well that answers my questions. well I AM A about to do the big three here n a bit, would i need a fuse inbetween the alternater and the postive battery? if so what size fuse?

i just recently got a hold of 2 XS batterys and i was planning to wire them up. but not sure if i would need a fuse inbetween the batterys, i also seen a few with busbars. would i need a fuse from the 2 batterys in the back to the main car battery in the front?

Jus make your own box buddy... not hard. at all. im buliding a 5 cube box tuned to 33 hz. for 2 bl's. jus cost me the board to make it haha. 32 bucks for a box

I once ran a BL on 1700 watts daily. no probelm. juat have to set the gains and subsonic filter up right and have sufficient power so you wont clip

at the moment my buget is 250. i can grab a few small 850 batterys for about 250.4 of them 3400 total power. a high out put alternater is about 500$ from mechmen. which is money i dint have at the moment. would be nice to have one tho. but could 4 850 small batteries work for the time? or should i wait an just save for a h/o alternater?

check if the sub has dime size holes on the side of the sub. you can see a copper coil. if you hav the small holes you should hav full cooling

havent checked on this thread in a while. but i bought the Fi BL 15. its the best sub i ever bought... for now... im plaining to get another one... 2 bl 15's on a sundown 3000 watt amp or a hifonics 2011 colossus... i upgraded my electrical. 2 batteries. 1/0 wire. big three... i would say the Fi BL are one the same or a little less then the 2 12's.. FI AUDIO is beast

ok thanks, would i need fuse inbetween 2nd battery and amp? or would it be fine with the amps 2 70 amp fuses? jw
