  1. galactic i been dying to see ur suv in person im in tampa let me know when ur cruising around or heading to a shop sometime im over by temple terrace. good friend of robins and vj's. even though im a all out sq guy i have some headroom =]. new setup will hit in low 140's prob on mine. but shoot me a pm.
  2. he asked for sq with output i woulda recommended pure sq drivers if he wanted pure sq subs like Peerless XLS Rainbow Vandiums are nice Aura Sound makes very nice subs for sealed and ib use. The dayton ho's stack up very nicely sq with and the bl curve for the cash. Oz audio 300L's are very nice sealed and IB'd couple pure sq with some decent output
  3. actually im going to give 2 of the best options imo 2 12 re se's have amazing sq, take around 650 each, seal them puppies, youll have nice output and nice response or an older 15" mag sealed new mags would be good as well. send each 750 sealed
  4. 2 12 arc sealed 2 12 oz matrix elites 1 fi q 15" sealed 4 sundown e8's sealed 2 12 idq's sealed 1 w15gti jbl sub
  5. tune to 28hz, port up through rear deck seal port, then fire sub facing the front (cabin, and seal correctly) accurate and sealed = louder cleaner
  6. pictures of new audio junkie to be =]
  7. ive found sub up port back is loudest for me and my friend in his navigator, then sub and port up then subs back port up
  8. spax screws + glue + rabbited joint > rest however the difference between straight glue and screws has its pros and cons, sealing issues with screws and slight strength with just glue.
  9. i dont care about any other amp other than the 250.2 =] thats what im eyeing
  10. 4 off of a sundown saz1500D @ 1 ohm acceptable? sending them 1600? suggestions on box size sealed and ported as well as frequency you like them tuned too. im going to sell my idmax12 didnt like it at all.
  11. lay masking tape or blue painters tape all over the area you glassing. be sure to tap well, evenly, overlap, and make a good 2-3 layers protecting your interior. then lay tarp over the area your not glassing but dont want the mess to possibly spill on. as neonrider said. glass, let it dry. pry out the back mold. then you can work from there using dowels, circle rings to make the baffle. lay your fleece or stretchable fabric over the whole mold and ring piece. stable on the back. glass that. let it dry. make it solid. then you can primer it, sand it, primer, sand, primer sand, then it just paint sand, paint sand, paint paint paint, then clear or you can skip that step if your upholstering it. Good luck mate.
  12. for the reasons you stated above, everyone i know does it inside the trunk panel. Mike-
  13. yea if kodas popped up again id snag a pair over any other midbass. however im running those 90$ pair of id cx64 similar type of drivers that hessdawg is selling and to be honest. they're pretty good midbass units.
  14. hey jacob. id recommend a different route for midbass. look into dynaudio 8's or hybrid legatia 8's. both have killer midbass response and take buttloads of power. the hybrid is more suited for IB over the Dynaudio and im sure scott will work with you for everything u need to cover. I running the hybrid l4's and their bandwidth extentesion from 300 - 6khz is unreal. it opens up so much bottum end extension and top end sparkle. i know his speakers are top notch and dynaudio has proved themselves i would say =]. Cant go wrong with either. both are proven successes. but good setup =] and i think your on par with a really solid crossover and freq selection. very similar to what i ran. sounded great. but my system is still undergoing restoration. Mike-
  15. damn a 80$ msrp. id be sure to grab some. if presale is 70$ that honestly a hell of a deal.
  16. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm 5 15's =] that would be a glorious site indeed. ive heard those Seleminum super tweeters before. and HOLY F'IN chit THEY GET LOUD. Jacob check ur pms and email when u get a chance.

  20. great idea about the mirrored part number. i wish there were a way for me to have done that with the sax 100.2 flipped with a 100.4 so both power terminal opening are facing each other will the 250.2 be same length as the sax 100.4 and 1500D?
  21. yet to receive my subs. can i get a tracking number. im in tampa and ordered 2 fi x 12's should be under james or mike bishop ty.
  22. the 250.2 is gonna be nothing but pure butt secks. i just need to send jacob some speed pills and watch him fly as he finished it up and can start the production =]. I can't do my false floor till he gets the 250.2. then the 3 kings can be beautifully displayed in my pos 94 camry. happy new years guys
