  1. OK or you can just do that lol...
  2. so would i just take the power i want to use from the amp and x's it by the ohm load to get the voltage reading from amp? so do like 1800 x 1.3 and then get the square root of that to determine the volts i need to set the gain too? sound correct
  3. Yea i think either one would be a good upgrade from my 1 12" right now
  4. Alright cool that makes so much more sense man and that would mean later on down the road if i wanted to go bigger all i would have to do is get a bigger amp and really get them moving, and with a lil less power i know i wont be blowing the subs up as long as i set the gains right, im really liking the idea of the ssd's have heard nothing but good about them
  5. alright ill see if i can find it and check it out, so you really think an aq2200 wired at 1.3 ohms can get 3 10" ssd's moving enough to outperform 3 sa-10s or just as good? would be putting out a lil less then 2k watts....
  6. so how would i set my amp correctly on 3 ssd's to were its not putting strain on anything and will perform fine day in day out, just dont wanna have that thought in my head of anything being strained so i can pound in peace haha because i do love the feedback the ssd's have had and i know they will get loud
  7. that is true but if i were to get 3 ssd's that would be a good 1000 watts underpowered and wouldnt my amp be straining that 2k it has to feed these ssd's?
  8. yea but there now a 1000 watt sub same as the bl i have now, im trying to do 3 subs so need subs around 600 watts, if only the ssa fcons were going into production soon cuz only thing i really see that stands out to me are the SA line of subs
  9. ok cool cuz here is what i was thinking for 3 sa-12's 31" long 15" high and 26" deep for a total of about 5.6 cuft Just dont know if i could fit the 3 12's on top cuz of the 26" of depth, it would be a tight sqeeze
  10. id really love to do the ssd's but there 1000 watts now and there around 300 bucks a piece, im thinkin sundown sa's too but some say there just chinese subs....
  11. does anyone know the diameter of the sa-12 with the gasket?
  12. yes you will most likely pay 10x more to have it shipped to your country then to just find someone close to you and have them build it,
  13. Lol ok ok so anyone have any good well built loud 600 watt subs around 150-200$ please let me know
  14. well whatever 3 subs i get will be facing up with aero ports back, will have one set of aero ports for spl and another set to sound real good and hit lows for daily driving and box built to rec specs.
  15. Awsome build quality man always so fresh and clean, I like the attention to detail on everything really shows
  16. i havnt really heard too much about those subs except the mt is loud haha, what catagory would you put these in loud or ment to sound great?
  17. So im deciding on doing 3 10's here soon most likely the sa-10's. I was searching sonicelectronis just for laughs and came across these!! http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_27313_RE-Audio-SEX10D2.html So what do you guys think would have more output the sa-10s or these re seX 10's?? They look pretty beefy but looks arnt never anything lol.
  18. I say A also.. I was thinking of maybe doing 3 SA-10's in a civic and was thinkin of puttin the 3 facing up towards the roof in like a triangle shape with some aero ports facing the license plate, maybe we can work out a design plan if i decide to go ahead with it because i love your work always so unique
  19. damn those are all sexy pictures, makes me rethink a 15" zcon..... Lol we needa get some pics of a zcon sittin next to an xcon
  20. dude he already told you to give audible customs or argent audio a pm or post, they will get back to you with a price
  21. i just dont see how any sub can peak at 25hz unless its tuned at like 20.... or unless its just a low end monster with no high end
  22. does anyone know the rec. enclosure sizes for the zcon lineup yet? havnt seen anything about it yet. Would a zcon 18 work well in a 6 cuft box?
  23. It could just be that those w7's draw a lot of power because when i had my 12w7 on a rf t1000 i prob went through like 10-15 80a fuses in a week then i finally had a 150a interfire fuse installed and that solved all my problems.
  24. Seen this car in action and omg if you didnt see what he had in it then you woulda thought it was 2 18's!!!
  25. well iv been into simplicity for some time now and all i ever see is 12's and just wanna change it up a bit, just didnt know if id be wasting my time if one of those 15's would murder the 3 sa-10's or if they would be around the same output. If there really wouldnt be an audible difference between a 15" zcon or 3 SA-10's then id want to go with the 3 10's because i havnt seen that around here and would awsome to pop the trunk to 3 subs haha, not really asking to compare just asking if it would be worth it as of output wise
