  1. Yeah my mistake I guess I got it mixed up with autotek, but if the amp has never worked I would think its the same problem.

I saw some of your videos. Your set up slams!
  3. Your running an audiopipe amp? If I'm not mistaken that is made by maxsonix right? same as hifonics? Because when I first got my hifonics installed all it did was flash protect and barely powered my sub, so I had to send it back because the internals were f'd. Got a new one installed with the same wire and everything and it worked perfect, and still powers my sub great and hasnt happened once. They are not the best amps but good for a budget.

Yeah I wasn't asking for a sponsorship at all. I'm glad other people like the idea.

Yeah I have been considering a decal on my windshield. Probably gonna get it when I order my n2. First I have to get my Mechman ordered! If Nick or Scott see this, would you guys be against me having a team Fi audio sticker made?

Yeah I thought that too, since they are a small company. Believe me I love my Fi woofer and my next will definitely be Fi, that's why I want to rep them. Maybe one day they will get a team maybe not. Either way keep up the awesome woofers!

I didn't mean sponsorship, I meant like team SSA, don't they have a "team" where if you own a SSA sub you can sign up for their "team". I know its unofficial but its cool to rep "team Fi audio" haha, but thanks for the response! N its not that I don't believe you I was just wondering the reason

    Why not? haha

Is there anyway we can get a team Fi audio going?
  10. Yeah I would love to see xs vs a deka. My friend doesn't think xs is worth the money and thinks I should just go with deka. I wanna prove him wrong

Yeah I have a Q now and love it. It loves the low notes. It was my first sub so of course I want , but it slams pretty hard in my f150 ext shakes my whole back window.

The only thing I don't understand is why doesn't Fi make the q the all out SQ driver and then the n1 the SQ driver with SPL still(what the q is now) so it would go along a little better with the btl line. Or is there something im missing?
  13. sweendog replied to Bam bam's topic in Fi Products
looks like ill be going with the n2, or just 2 n1s

What does everybody think the differences are going to be from the Q? It sounds like they are going to be rated at about the same power. I have a Q now and was thinking of upgrading to the N1 of the same size so I'm wondering how it will preform spl wise because I wanted to be throw a little more power into my system.
  15. sweendog replied to Bam bam's topic in Fi Products
What do you think the power handling is going to be? lower than an n2 btl?
  16. I would suggest a fi q 10 for a sq woofer. lots of good amps, just depends how much power you want to it
  17. ficaraudio.com and a fellow member that is a good friend of mine
  18. Hello everyone, pretty new to the forum but not a complete noob in car audio. I just had a q 12 installed in my EXT cab f150 hooked up to a hifonics brz17001.d. Unfortunately the brz is a faulty amp(not surprising) but in the process of getting a replacement. My question is to balance out my sound stage I am going to be putting in 4 new infinity kappa 5x7s(not set on them open to suggestions around the same price) and was hoping to throw a pair of tweeters in too. I was wondering should i go with a 4, 5, or 6 channel amp. I understand that if I want control of the fade and balance I need a 4 channel for the door speakers. But should i wire the pair of tweeters to the front 2 speaker channels( i assume that would decrease the power going to the front door speakers.) or wire the pair to their own channel with a 5 channel. or wire each to its own channel with a 6 channel. I did a real quick search for 6 channels but didnt yield much. I would like the amp to be an alpine if no one has a reason for objection. I currently have a mrvf305. which i dont think is going to power all the new goodies very well. im a little low on cash after the install and all so im not in a rush to get them right now. and honestly i think im gonna have a viper 5901 installed before the speakers, but i like to know what i want. thanks in advance
