I know the SA is a 600watt sub. You will be almost putting triple of the rated power. I'd go with a SSA Xcon. This will give you a sub that will take the power well with good SQ but still able to get loud.

So I recently found out, Charlie is now doing a Ustream talk show about WINNING. I only watched 10 minutes of it, but so far it reallly sucked. With hardly any funny. Actually really let me down.

The TSNS car seemed to have very loud tweeters. That's one thing that will make tap out. QUICK. I still thought it would of been a little funnier. Sounded like he was scared to say much on camera infront of you.

I don't know if anybody else is keep track of this Charlie Sheen hilarious life. I first got interested when I read about his wild night with pornstars and cocaine. And was amazed how he partied, and was actually semi envious. He was living one hell of a life. Still is for that matter. Here lately all these interviews where he rants all kind of crazy, and rants WINNING is just to funny. It is seriously like this guy is from another planet. Anybody else been laughing at this?

Kenwoods aren't very complicated compared to Alpine IMO. I have a old model X789. And its very easy to operate. But this might not be the case with the new models. I like Kenwood, even though mine has a slight flaw, I'll probably end up buying another one. Best thing to do is go to a store who carries both and has them on display and play around with both. Then you can decide which one is for you.

I have never heard a Q that I didn't like BUT the Q is no sq driver. You will ,more than likely, be happy with any driver that FI sells. It all comes down to the install. Best of luck with your decision. Why can't it be used as a SQ driver? Your missing the fact that just because it can take a good bit of power and get loud, doesn't mean it is not a SQ driver. Is it a soul purpose SQ sub? No. But I'm sure in the right install it can certainly be one.

The T3 and TC Sounds doesn't share much beside the basket. The old TSNS was a version of a 4HP motor IIRC though. So this is why you might think they are similar. Plus the LMS has a patented coil technology that's different than your started wound coil.

That's one bad thing about having equipment cheap. It opens up for the beginner to purchase it without any real experience. You can get 3000rms these days for 400 dollars. And noobs have no idea how to properly feed this, and also have no idea how to handle that much power on subs. Inturn burning coils and burning amp components. Then complaining its the manufactures fault because the product didn't hold up. Then it leaves a bad taste in peoples mouth about the brand and drives there reputation into the ground. I swear we need a car audio IQ test for anything over 1000rms. Just for that reason. But that's out the question. Its just the noobs out there who swear they know it all and won't take any advise. This has been going on since the beginning of time, won't change now. Enough ranting semi off topic. I'm ready to see test results and reviews.

Well, at the moment there is a promotion on a 10k RMS amp for 1200 dollars. So for $2400 you can have 20k at 14volts. But I could see where one amp of this magnitude would cost more than double of one 10k. I never said it should be cheap. If it was cheap enough noobs would be able to buy them and burn a lot of stuff to the ground. Need to have it out of reach for most.

4-5grand, not that much. Lol. Comparable to a pair of 10k at 12volt amps. I think Stetsom should send me one to test.

I would consider going with 2 12 BL's. So you will have similar cone area as before. And they will handle 1250rms easily. The BTL N2 is a good option, the drop in cone area but increase in power should give similar output to what you have now. If not louder. Also, I hope you know you can't run BTL or BL in a sealed enclosure. If you want to go sealed you need to look more into the Q line.

Holy hell that's a big bitch. I would assume around 18-20k at 12-14volts. Unless the amp is designed to make power at 16-18volts only. I like the 8ohm rating. You don't see that much. I would hate to ask price. Its probably more than I paid for my first car.

I also dropped out of highschool because my dad got sick, and the farm was suffering. So I basically had to step up and get things done to pay the bills. I did have a choice, but I felt it as my duty to do what I could. Plus I had 2.5 years of highschool left. Had already been there 3. So wasn't like I was about to finish. I don't regret it because I think I really grew up faster this way, well kind of. I learned a bunch of different things I wouldn't have if I didn't choose this route. But now I'm thinking, this is my last shot to actually further my education and better myself. I still live at home, which is just cheaper on the business. So I have no real bills, but when I work, sometimes 50+ hours a week, I still don't get a paycheck. So it does have its disadvantages. I just try not to cost the business any more money than I have to.

I know my Marvel Superheros Club band is pimp. Its the Incredible Hulk. And I haven't took it off in 4 years. Don't hate. Also, I'm not Irish, that I know of. I use to find 4 leaf clover's a goodbit as a kid. Figured I'd try to make my own luck by always having one with me. On my 22nd birthday back in December I had planned to get the number 22 on the back on my neck, on my collar line. But didn't and now I regret it.
