Loc-tite is the name. Loc-tite 10 minute epoxy works very well also. IMO 50 minutes is a overkill. They can be found at any local parts store, example, Autozone.

x2 on the 1500d. Good match IMO. Hell even a IA 20.1. That would work well also.

IMO, for the extra little output you'll get isn't worth it. I'd just keep the Icon.

No bass boost. Also, if the sub goes "pop" back off the gains and properly setup your subsonic filter. What subs are you using and also box specs would be nice.

Im trying to figure out, what kind of question that is. I'd assume it could play 20hz-60hz(80hz if thats for you) all well, if setup correctly.

If you add another battery, I think you'll be fine. At least a HC2000 or HC2400 if you wanna stay with Kinetik.

L7 is a nice sub, but IMO the SSD is better.

IMO, that will be pushing it.
