  1. My main reason for posting my question is when I input the T/S parameters for the Flatlyne in a box modeling program, the results are all wacky. Usually when I start a new build, I try to model my box to what I feel like will suit my goals. I am trying to model the smallest port I can get away with a 15 so I can keep my box volume down. The spreadsheet, although useful, does not really help me because it just takes into account the box volume and input power, not the subwoofer. I appreciate the help though.
  2. Hello, I was looking at the recommended box size for the Flatlyne 15 and it is at 3 CUFT. What is the recommended port area? Thanks.

  6. Same thing happened to my SAX-1200D. Bought it used from Jacob, mailed it in, I am pretty sure the one he sent me back was new!!!
  7. I installed the alt, I guess the top bracket is not really needed. There is no fitment issues. My SAX-1200D is so much happier now lol. The bass sounds so much better on some good electrical. I got thier 185 amp model for my ford expedition by the way.
  8. It is supposed to be thier OEM unit, but like I said the top support bracket dont fit
  9. I did they said I dont need to old OEM bracket. It does not make sense.
  10. Bought an aftermarket alternator from DC power, I put it in and the top OEM braket wold fit the new one. Will the alt be ok with just the bottom screws holding it in?
  11. Did not get any pics of the install, but here are a few of the CLD tiles. I am new to the forums but I have been dabbling in car audio for a while. I have used a lot of the eBay brands and these are far superior to those.
  12. I am running 2 SA-12's of an SAX-1200D in a 2001 Ford Expedition. My back hatch and doors were rattling pretty bad. Got a hold of Don for 40 CLD tiles. From ordering to getting it to my house took about 5 days. I did the back hatch and two front doors, did 25% coverage and the difference is really noticable. Great product and easy guy to deal with. I will definitely buy from him again!!!! I used only 14 of the tiles and my truck sounds a lot better, I will do the other two doors next weekend.
  13. I have been emailing you but with no sucess. I need a DIY kit for my two SA-12's and I am ready to paypar right now!!
  14. Nice build. I got the same set-up but I run the 1200D. I too am surprised how low these SA-12's hit.
  15. He went away because you jacked his thread.

  17. Where do you get the speaker terminals you use for your sub boxes? Do you sell them? Thanks.
