what up yall, well i had some car trouble today that came out of nowhere. i was driving to go get some food and when i was accelerating it would seem like my car would jerk forward kinda, or almost feel like it was shifting gears like a manual. mines a automatic. so the check engine light is now on and when i went to get back in my car like 2 hours later it seemed like it was harder for the car to start. Anyone have any idea of what might have happened. it started out of nowhere with the kinda jerking forward type action. all right thanks

Ya I dunno it was our local cops, and thats why I was surprised. Wrote it down for 7 over so might of just been bad timing getting stopped by him.

Like ur always going the speed limit its not hard, you can save money and aggravation by just goin the speed limit. You never really save much time by speeding either. Ya tru but considering I was only 7mph over sucks. Its not like I was driving 20over or was reckless. there is no one that hasnt driven 10mph or less over the speedlimit

i used to be overweight also and it was that time when i saw myself and felt it is time for a LIFE change and not just a get slim quick way. Like you one of my bigger problems was fastfood and soda. i cut both of those out and have not gone back to em except for once a month on my cheat day. but i am a runner now and doing some long distance runs. You have to find something that you like and can be active in to loose weight or you wont want to do it. like i found running. it is a love hate relationship with running for me but its always worth it when im done. Right now im up to 5 miles 4 days a week and do some lifting at the gym. im not trying to get big just fit. i also play sports like basketball, softball, and soccer.the key for you will to try different kinds of cardio to loose weight and get your nutrition right. The main thing is to cut out fast food and soda. make more food at home and just try new things. but when i actually started to loose weight was when i started running and cut out the fast food and soda. it takes time to get where you want but you just have to keep trying because it will all be worth it in the end. good luck with getting healthy.

out of those id say the cdt. but i love I.D. and i got the CXS62 V.2 and they are amazing in clarity. but they also cost over 300 dollars

Hey i have a sundown Saz-1000D amp and my dog chewed through my bass gain control wire. I just wanted to check if there was a certain type of replacement wire i should get or if it didn't have to be the same exact wire. and where do you get those wires? thanks for the help
