  1. Was hearing that its not a good idea to put a ho alt in a charger, because the voltage is regulated by the computer What is the word on this? Is it worth putting one in?
  2. u guys are lucky to have a sunroof like the first pic, mines open like the second. i can prop the back open or have it all the way back. it sucks cause now since its broke, when its cloe i can push it open cause the pins that hold it down broke. im losing alot of pressure cause of it
  3. how does your sunroof open?
  4. yea my sunroof just broke last week. the plastic pieces that hold the window down broke, so i get the annoying sound of a window being cranked. so im just going to glue it shut. was quoted 450 to get it fix, but theres no point since itll probably happen again. i will never buy a car with a sunroof again. i dont use it now anyway i have 2 12 sundown nightshades and 2 aq 2200ds
  5. must have never heard them... ive heard 4 15 icons on 1500w/ a piece, and ill tell you its 1 of the loudest vehicles ive heard in my life. and still sounded great!!

oh ok. not able to check today, its raining real hard. but if i was to do recones, will it be the original NS or the new v.2 cones? another thing, derrick made a good point. what is you opinion on the box?
  8. sostl replied to sostl's topic in Sundown Audio
not sure how far they are moving. ill check when i get off of work. they are still pretty stiff. but something just isnt right. i shouldnt be able to smell the subs after ~30 secs of playing them. and anything under 34 hz is inaudible. p.s. i liked that they are custom from you, gets me a closer to the man (no homo lol)

    bump...

wiring shouldnt be a problem. the aqs have a clipping indicator on them, but i can get them to get hot and smelly on half power. so i dont think clipping is the problem
