Well I bought the 880 a few days ago. I hope it shows up next week. Despite some people having noise problems, I ordered online and I'm just crossing my fingers... I saved ~$200 though... If it has any problems, I'll try to fix them myself. Worst case scenario, I'll have to take it in to a pioneer repair facility. Took a look at it in store and it seemed like a nice unit. Looks great, feels great. Can't wait to get my hands on it and start playing. Thanks for the input!

k.. and my trunk is empty as of now.. and a buddy of mine said i should get some smaller subs 2 go with my 2 15's.. so is he just an idiot or wat? Yea that wouldn't be what I would do man. I suppose more drivers could look cool... .but most of the time they would just be creating problems. You would be better off using that extra space for your enclosure for your 15s.

His comment wasn't directed at you specifically, but rather all people who don't know where the extra costs come from. You just happen to be included in that group. That in no way makes him ignorant. Quite the opposite... There is nothing wrong with running a company out of a residence. He provides us with the forum that you are making all your posts on, as well as a place for companies to discuss their products, and an outlet to buy some great products. You on the other hand just badmouth random things for no reason. If you don't have anything mildly useful to say, which is clearly the case, then don't say anything at all.

I'm excited. I have a feeling he is working on the IXL-8.4 right now. Can't wait to see what he comes up with for the rest of the line.

I personally think Mark runs a great company. His prices are more than fair. If you don't like it, don't buy it. You probably haven't even used any of his products. Maybe if you tried the IXL and thought it wasn't worth the money, that comment would be helpful. But since you haven't, and don't know what your talking about, maybe you should keep your mouth shut.

Hmmm... Snoxxy. Sounds familiar. I'm gonna take a stab that your the dude that got Pete Kulicki to design and build you a box. TC3000s with accordion surround, yes? I regret to say that I haven't tried one of Sundowns bigger amps, but I haven't heard a single bad thing about them. I'm sure someone will give you a lil feedback on em. If not, there are plenty of threads you can read that give you a little bit of info.

Give the man some time. He needs a stable product line if you want to see him a year from now. We all want to see every type of amp possible, but you pick and choose.

I have a MAW-12 ported and a MAW 15 sealed, and although I'm very happy with both, I'm even more pleased with the 15 I guess it all depends what your going for...
