Would this be sufficient?
Alright in my Dodge Challenger my lights dim pretty bad with my system in now. System is ~1500 watts. Not sure if efficiency takes place when considering this though because two of the amps run strictly at 8ohms on all channels. Anyways I just have my stock battery and it isn't cutting it, dimming lights is no good. I would really like to just replace my stock battery, I have all my trunk space available and would like to keep it that way, so this is my only option. Anyways it looks like the D2600 would be a direct drop in and the D6500 would fit if I removed the battery tray. Would either of these be sufficient enough to emlinate the dimming lights? On a side, I have the "Big 2" Done... Big 3 is pushing it because the battery is the trunk and the car already has 2 gauge running across it, something I don't want to do.

neo pro 8 power handling?
I give a little over 100 per side at 85hz and they do it just fine with a few hours at full tilt, honestly doubt they would take 200 watts, maybe at a high xover point.

Sundow Neo 8s
I know a made a review thread before, but I didn't fee like bringing that back to the top. I recently just got my third amp was able to really give some power to these guys before I was only giving them ~30 watts. Amp in theory is putting about ~125 per speaker, rough guess is probably they are seeing ~110 at full tilt. Man does power bring these things to life. Crossover set at 85@24dB slope. The combination of the MS-8 really helps brings these speakers to life. They get LOUD and have no problem keeping up with my horns receiving almost the same amount of power (of course the MS8 helps with that too). They sound amazing as well, even at full tilt. But my biggest concern was they're power handling. I wasn't sure how they could handle abuse. After about 10 hours of full tilt power these guys don't even sweat. I use my car for tailgating and have my system at full tilt for about 4-5 hours, these speakers don't even get stinky. I had people coming up to me both games complimenting not only on how loud it is but how good it sounds. In conclusion, I have a feeling I won't have to change speakers for a long time. I found exactly what I was looking for. With the combination of the MS-8 and a ton of power, I have a excellent sounding front stage that can get dumb loud.

Well I have 120watts per speaker on hand, at full tilt they are a lil bit under that.

Challenger Build, 2nd Round
No picture updates, but I got everything hooked up for now. Still waiting for my sub amp so they aren't hooked up yet. But I am extremely happy, the Sundowns really come alive with some serious power.... and lets just say it gets loud.

Actually, I am missing a 1000.1 still. The amount of power is quite a bit lol.

Actually pro-audio 8s can be the way to go for an active set up from what I've found. I am not an extreme SQ guy, and I needed something to keep up with horns, which is very hard to find while still having mid-bass. We will see how well they perform in a few weeks.

Still don't have everything hooked up, so I'll reserve that answer.

Challenger Build, 2nd Round
Ended up going a different route for the amp rack. It was too cluttered for me and I still needed to add another amp, and little more trunk space is nice. Looks like a mess but it about as clean as I could possibly make it and it is 100% better than before.

I haven't ordered my other sub yet. Right now it sounds pretty good even for having a big ass hole in the baffle. Can't really crank it right now though.

Anyone want to help with a 4th order?
My buddy wanted to go from 2 12s to 1 12 in a sealed so I built him a box for free and he gave some cheapo 12" sub as a thanks. I would like to build a 4th order since I never have and see how loud I can get this guy for shits and giggles. Problem is I don't know where to start on designing one.

What do you have the neopro8s crossed at. I am having trouble finding a good spot for them. Right now I am at 85 and 24dB, I want lower though.

Just recieved my NeoPro 8s
I dropped the speakers down to 63@24dB today. Going to drive around for a day or two with it this way but I think it might be a little low for the speakers, might try 70 @ 24dB. But right now my door panels can not handle it too well with volume even at 15/26, still need to deaden them. Tons of mid-bass coming from these guys.

Challenger Build, 2nd Round
^^^ If I ever finish this build, I may have some glass work done on the trunk lid for tailgating. But if you hear of any shows locally, let me know man, I haven't been to one in forever.
