Good thing with the BTL it only needs about 5 cu ft... and it will still get loud..

BL's don't sound that bad either so u may want to look into different enclosure options which can help you achieve a flatter response with the BL's... Ud be surprised how nice they sound and u have to remember sq isn't just a function of what your subs can do but your system overall. Front stage is just as important as your rear stage.

Exactly like JimJ said, if your looking for a nice sq setup that doesn't hurt your pockets go with the SSD's with copper coils. If there isn't a budget present go with the FI Q.

I thought you tuned the PR's by moving some kind of bolt on it up or or down or increasing or decreasing the weight of the bolt.. I dunno somebody shed some light on this... Also it would be nice if other companies took into consideration of using PR's.... Would be a alternative method of porting your enclosure without having to worry about the space a typical port takes up whether its slot or aero.

I know the VFL is the American Bass amp....

lol I think I figured it out I am just fooling around with the idea of building a quarter wave for my BL and jus needed that info to calculate a few things. Thanks for the help though.

What is the 15" bl in sd or the cone area in inches not sq inches.

What happened to the AA website getting put up a few months back I was interested in doing some browsing although all the info can be found in an assortment of places. Just would be nice to see a site up thats all.

Deka batt does look tasty..

I have a duralast gold in the front and a hc2000 in the rear but fear my electrical could be sooo much better if I got a better batt to replace the duralast in the front. Any suggestions for a good batt for the front under 200 bucks...

Nope.. Still better to have a larger guage of wire than a smaller guage helps with the flow of the power from the batt. Fuse doesn't need to be changed either. As you stated earlier I believe the sundown would be a good choice for that sub as well. Save yourself some money.
