I would say if anyone can do a class D right it would be Stephen. He has mentioned to me some pretty interesting things about the new amps and he will be doing things no one else is doing. So different, he is ggoing with epoxy boards to conceal layout to prevent copying.

From yesterday (we take St Paddy's day seriously in this house!). The mini Schnauzer was a stray that came by last week when I was laying Second Skin in my truck. He appears to be pure bred and no one claimed him as of today so the SPCA says he is legally ours. You notice my two Rottweilers as well, well you dont see but a bit of my female and my male being a goof like usual. Whisky sitting with my wife, Guinness being the goof and a bit of Tequila's head. Notice the Second Skin Speaker Tweekers under the sofa legs to keep the dogs from sliding the sofa thru out the house.

I cant disclose a whole lot but I will say UNDER RATED heavily. 250wrms x2 @4ohm 500wrms X2 @2ohm and 1000wrms x 1 The other and most impressive in my opinion 150wrms x 6 @ 4ohm 300 wrms x 6 @ 2 ohm, or 600 x 3 at 4 ohm bridged or.......I aint spilling anymore beans...lol. Lets just say both amps are in the 12" long range!

Bass boost should be eliminated on all amps IMO....I understand you have to design for the "monkeys" (how it has been put to me). Nothing wrong with getting on the gain if that is what it takes with a low volt deck....use the gain and leave the bass boost at Zero. I dont agree with the DMM method other than SPL competition vehicles either but that is opening a can of worms I dont care to get into a fight about tonight.

I talked to Stephen today for a good hour. He was bouncing ideas off me and me back at him. We discussed the new heatsink as well. If he decides to use the idea he told me about, you can call the pharmacist and cancel all your prescriptions for Viaga, Cialis and the like. I promise these amps are going to be so damn sexy you wont need the scripts anymore, heck you might even be able to kick the wife or girlfriend out cause she wont be needed anymore! Seriously though, after what we talked about, these new amps are going to be some of the sexiest amps on planet earth. I wished I could spill the beans but I was asked not to. We appear to be still out about 90 days on production though I dont have any use for my pair that im ordering but I just have to have them!

hmmm.......I was going to mention the RCAs but it looks like you are on top of your game. I would continue to try and trouble shoot, I would guess you have also checked voltage and what not when this is occurring?
