Depends on what low means to you. 20hz? 28hz? The sub will get low no problem in the right box. Give it the necessary air space with proper port area and you will be blown away.

Are you not going with the dc stuff now or is this just a temp setup? Also how come pro audio? For an alt, look into singer for excellent quality at a pretty reasonable price. I loved my singer alt.

I walled my trailblazer with four 15s and I realized it was a dumb idea for me at least. I drive a lot and even though it was sick as fuck having a wall, it was a complete bitch to have blocking my vision. I would try doing a build below the window line first! If you need to get louder THEN build a wall. I would rather have 2 15s or something in the cargo area and still get very loud. Yea don't tune to 40hz lol Too me that's wayyyyy to high of tuning. Just because they're entry level doesn't mean they won't get loud. They just won't get as loud as the higher level subs that and will take more power.

It'll all depend on how the install is. Everyone's install will be different and yield different results. If you have them in a proper box with proper electrical to power the amps you will probably be happy. From what i've heard a lot of people do like them.

I did a design being 13.5 cubes tuned to 32 hz with 175in2 of port area. I would go a little less since you have plenty of power.

Trailblazer? I had a deka 9a31 with stock alt and big 3 with a crescendo bc2k. Worked good. Better batt would have helped more. It was a little old.
