Just to let you know on the mechanical drawing of the 10" model, the cut out and overall diameter measurents are backwards. Some people might misread it and think they can't fit it.

Is it loud though? Does it sound like a normal system or is it just not as loud on those frequencies?

Thanks! I thought it was just too much. I really didn't need it to be that loud. Also the weight was an issue too. One Zcon 12 was plenty loud for me lol i then thought of trying the Xcon 12 to make it more of a sq setup than decided fuck it ill get another lol The weight of the Zcon and Xcon are similar but this time I have 2 amps that are smaller than the 3 I had before. Each Xcon is slightly lighter and the box will be made of birch. Also the battery is farther up towards the the front of the car.

Don't have the Zcons anymore. I'm doing a build with 2 12" Xcons. I have one now, but waiting on the other. I bought a Xcon motor from Julian on here and ordered a basket/recone from SSA. The basket/recone should be here within 3 weeks. I noticed I was able to play longer while my voltage stayed higher at a louder output. So yes it does help out a lot. I went from a 130a to a 275a alt.

I would go with the alt. That way you won't have the strain on the overall system and alt/batteries.

Push on be cone lightly to see if there is any scratchy noises. Check the coil readings and look at the coil colors. That's what I would do.

Your subs shouldn't read different. Is that the final impedance of them or at each voice coil?

These are insane subs. I had one last year and it got stupid loud and still played music really nice. Played rap all the way to country and rock.

No you set your gain to where it needs to be. Then the bass knob allows you to turn the bass down and up to where the gain is set.

My little brother and sister use to talk to ghost. He had a friend named Sarah and right befor he would tell my mom Sarah was here to play our dog would get very scared with all it's hair standing up and growl. Then he would come running out saying Sarah's here to play. Well he would be up in his room by himself for hours! So my mom went to see what he was doing all these times, well she snuck up there and made sure he couldn't hear her. She peeked down the hallway leading into his room and he had his back to my mom while he was sitting down. He had toys lined up in a way that made it look as if another person was across but with nobody there. My mom watched and without my brother turning around or anything he said, "mom, Sarah says you're watching us. We're playing good". To me that shit is crazy lol so many things happen at our house even though its only 8 years old. But whoever the ghosts are they follow us house to house. There's many different ones too. One walks around the house at night all the time and once came into my room and was bumping into things lol
