I would just get 2 to be on the safe side. Keep them same chamber it'll give the subs more space. You don't need terminal cups. Drill a hole and have the wire go through and seal it with caulk.

I was able to get 5.3 cubes for my 2 12s but if I screwed up I would need another sheet. Get 2 so you don't have to waste gas if you need another one. The wood won't go bad if you keep it in a dry area

Download the songs you like in the clean version too. Then make a playlist of all the clean tracks so you can listen to songs with him without all the swearing.

Crescendo amps are great but you won't hear a difference in output. Not really sure how much power those amps put out but adding power is the worse way to get louder (for daily) unless your at least doubling it. But then your still not guaranteed to gain output if any and you spend a shit ton on electrical upgrades. If you want to get louder try and mess with your box! Build a new one with different port placements, tuning, and size.

With the dimensions you stated in the first post will work good with the Xcon 10s. I don't see why you would need to do that

The box design i did would work great for the Xcon 10s. It's the amount of space and port area that the Xcon 10s need so it's like perfect. I would just keep the same setup style you have.

Ok man I got the design for you. With your dimensions I came up with this: Outer dims - 33w x 14.25h x 24.25d Port dims - 12.75h x 4.75w x 38d Double baffle It came out to 3.4 cubes tuned to 32hz with 61in2 of port area. If you want a 3d sketchup and a cut sheet let me know
