Someone told me he doesnt trust setting the gain by a multimeter so he goes by um i believe the sub burning up then lowers it to a stable point Now that doesnt sound safe... how did you do it?

So what you did is did all the paraelle wiring inside the box and took teo bolts and screwed the inside final leads to that bolt. Then the outside attached more wire to go to amp?

Thanks. I hope i dont have to do that. I suck at mechanics and i never had to work on this car So at idle how would you check for voltage drops? Just place mm leads on battery terminals? Should be at 12v if its ok right? Oe will the amp draw some of the volts down?
