I mean how are you changing the tuning? Like are you just putting different length ports in the enclosure? -
What are all the measurements of your current enclosure? How are you doing your changeable ports?

Thanks guys. I'm really trying to get it playing by the weekend. But just going to run the 3500 at 2 ohm for a bit untill I load up on batts and upgrade my alt again. Then ill be putting 6k+ to them Sold a few of my batts and my 220 amp alt has been acting up so I'm Kinda skimping on the electrical right now lol.

Anyone know of some good batts that are 5.5 inches or less on any of the dimensions? Would like to be able to fit some batteries on top of the enclosure back behind where I put my amps

This is how I did the baffle. Got t-nuts in the middle of the 4 layers. And there nailed in real good through the other 2 layers so wont have a problem with the stripping like the spiked ones.

Don't mind the sloppy cuts on the holes lol. Router broke a while ago so just been using my crappy jig saw I got. The last part of the top will be removable just in case I need to do something inside the enclosure and don't feel like going through the sub or port holes. .

Welcome! Build new enclosure(after you figure out what sub your going to get) !!!!! It will make all the difference

I don't think your sub is seeing 2800 rms. . And if someone had 2 1000/1s to a btl and it was barely moving then I bet something was wrong/not set right

I think ill try that Probably going to use a couple scissor car jacks in between the top of the enclosure and top of the trunk to "clamp" the top on then ill try using a rachet for the screws

Pretty much just need to put the top of the enclosure on. . Going to sucked though cause my drill wont fit in the enclosure to do pocket holes and only have a little more than 5 inches on top so going to need to just use a screwdriver for most of the top screws.
