ok i fixed it now i used one 1/2 and one 3/4 mdf for the port insted of two 3/4 the ports out side size couldnt be bigger than 2 inches and with the two 3/4 peaces that left 1/2 air way which would tuned it to 25 hertz bt by me using one 3/4 and one 1/2 gives me 3/4 of air space in the port and tunes it to 32 hertz the ports inside size is 3/4 high and 10.5 wide and its 31 long

bc when i was building my box i did the displacement for a 2 inch high port and that was counting the two sheets of 3/4 mdf so that only left me with a 1/2 port on the in side and the port is as long as it can go so yea its eather i pull apart the box and start over or run with it tuned to 25 hz

stinger makes connectors that will work bt they are a over priced but its up to you

this is a really stupit question can i cause harm to my sub for tuning it to 25 hertz?

bc their sons all have car audio syetems that are way louder than mine and they can ride around the street and town slamen and they never get told any thing bc their dads are cops and i cant even sit in my own backyard and bearly play my high much less my bass with out geting told some thing and its not like my car is loud my car is quiet when it come to highs hate the dick ass cops that live down my street and they wont give me a ticket bc they cant bc im not going over 120dbs and im in my own yard which is 100-300 yard away from any one so you know what F**K the cops down my street and just to let you some of you guys are asses js

i would go with 2 e8s or even one sa10 in a sealed box around .5 cubic feet after displacement of the subs or you could go with one e12 in a ported box at 2 cubic feet after su and port displacement and run it at 2 ohms eather way would look nice i just dont like jl they to over priced and they dont satify me

yea and to prove to my buddies you dont need 15s or 18s to slam lol

i can get the massive amp for 240 on soniceletronicx its not that bad i just got to wait for the subs to come in since they not comen in till end of this month
