I have a shitty Harbor Freight welder, with a flux core wire!! And the damn thing leaves more splatter than it does weld!!! It hate using it! But it only cost 60 bucks so i was happy with it!

There are several people on here who can design boxes. Just wait till they chime in i guess. Also SSA does offer some basic box design's on the website. Are you trying to just stay with in the hatch area? You should have enough room in the hatch for a good box. GL with this though.

What do you mean didn't do anything at idle? If it wouldn't work then the car would not continue running. Or do you mean that it just did not produce 270A.

I am not sure if it would work as well as you are hoping, but then again i have never done it myself!!! If you could some how block the foam from not coming past where the window is and only do the outer skin, i dont know why it wouldnt work? But GL anyways!!

I wish you were closer man i would love to help with building the wall!!! And i dont see why a daily driver cant be a show vehicle? My daily driver Acura Integra was my show car for almost 3 years! And i have known many people who were in the same situation. Unless you are thinking of the completely nonfunctional show cars, that have motorized headlights and hoods and extremely extravagant stuff. Anyways back on topic, GL with the build man.
